We came to Canmore for a family wedding. Four couples stayed and it is great because we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great kitchen that was very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Lots of extras. Also other people came over between the ceremony and reception and it was a great place to gather and visit. Good location for a quick walk to downtown.

After booking I received an email from the property manager that my credit card was being used for a spending spree. This was apparently supposed to be a “joke” e-mail but as someone who has had their card skimmed and also received spoofing emails with threatening messages this didn’t land well with me. I sent them a response that I didn’t appreciate the joke and wasn’t confident in providing them more information (they were requesting names and birthdates for all guests). They then cancelled the reservation BUT they intentionally didn’t cancel it through VRBO. They sent a refund for their portion and never cancelled it on the app so I had to fight VRBO to prove it was cancelled by Rocky Mt Rentals so they would give back the rest of the booking fee. Worst customer service and a total lack of professionalism.

We enjoyed the property, nice location and awasome views.

The property was close walking distance to downtown restaurants shopping etc. The condo was a great option for our large group.

We had everything we needed and the location was walking distance to downtown. Very spacious and comfortable.

The staff were unusually responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed the place, especially the "great room" in 5B (kitchen, dining & seating area). The cooking "pantry" basics provided were very helpful. We appreciated the view, the short walk to the grocery & liquor stores, and only those sleeping on the fold out couches were bothered at all by the trains. The single bed nooks are challenging for adults to use.

Honestly for the outrageous price this place is not worth it. We expected everything to be in top top shape especially after we received an email stating that a crew had came and checked out the pad before arriving. When we arrived the house was not checked out prior to our arrival. Water heaters weren’t working, fireplace didn’t work, house was in rough shape, dishwasher doesn’t work and just all around WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEYRE OFFERING.

The set up in our VRBO was fantastic. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the double living rooms and kitchen were extremely convenient. The location could not be more accessible to everything Canmore has to offer. A great property and great hosts.

Condo had all amenities and well furnished. However entrance on a busy street and a busy rail line in the back which was the main view of the living room window. Not the quietest of locations.

This place was super comfortable for our group of 6. It was close to the shopping centers and trails. The train passes along the back side of the property, which some in the group said was loud, but most of us slept just fine and was not a bother. Catching the train at the right time make for a great picture when you catch "Canadian Pacific". I will definitely stay here again. The only real complaint from the entire group is that the beds could be more comfortable. Either way, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.

This property was beautiful. We were only a group of four adults and we all had more than enough space. Check in process was easy. Communication with the host was perfect. Definitely recommend this property, and this host.

The property has 20 steps to climb and bring in baggage - that we did not see anywhere on the postings. We had a person in wheel chair and every one over 60 - and so had difficulty getting in and out of the condo. Once inside condo, it was great! Location wise, Roomy, very good facilities, etc. But this condo is for yonger generation - not senior citizens or handicapped / wheelchair people.

Our large group of adults had a wonder stay at Summit Place Penthouse. The location is right in the heart of everything. Plenty of space for everyone and their gear and the available board games were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Property was perfect for our stay as there was 9 of us! We had a little trouble finding it but it was no fault of the property owners! If we would have read our check-in info correctly we would have found it quickly 😉

We had a terrific experience with Rockies Rentals. Our initial rental did not have AC, which we were aware of, and we were upgraded to an amazing property with AC because Canmore was experiencing a heat wave. Excellent hosts who were incredibly accommodating, thank you so much!

Great layout for two families looking for some room to spread out. The train was actually great for the kids and no one noticed it at night sleeping. Don’t have to worry about noise from kids with just businesses below. Great location, walked to stores and ordered takeout from local businesses. Be sure to try sushi/bbq place located in same block, great sashimi. Only single knock against the place is some improvements should happen to prevent major failure in future. Kitchen sink faucet and toilets. Highly recommend if you’re skiing any of the big three.

Layout was good except two of the 4 bedrooms aren’t not up my expectations. Ceilings are too low..

We couldn't be happier with our stay. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 to hang out between activities. The location is perfect and everything you need is within walking distance.

Our family of 9 had an amazing time in Banff National Park, and this property was perfect for our stay. Four bedrooms and baths, with extra twin beds including two rollaways that took care of the sleeping configurations we needed. Our two and three year old grandkids slept wonderfully on floor level mattresses tucked in the little nooks in their parents’ bedroom. Having four baths was a dream. The large dining table in one unit meant eating in as a family was comfortable. The high top on the other side made a great puzzle station. During downtime the kids were able to watch Movies and the Wi-fi worked great for all of us. This was a wonderful location. It was easy to get to the ski slopes. Visiting Banff was convenient. We enjoyed drives up the Bow Valley Parkway and the Icefields Parkway. Canmore itself is a wonderful town with great shops and restaurants. The views everywhere are spectacular. Obviously this is a wonderful year round destination and this property is perfect for a large group. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

This well equipped property provided a perfect venue for us and our grown family. With 9 of us, the 4 bathrooms and double living areas were ideal. The condo is close to everything.; to ski slopes for downhill, and Nordic centre for cross country. We walked all over town; to stores, dinner downtown, skating pond, and swimming at Rec Centre. Great stay and the 40 cm of snow was fun too!

The process was easy, the staff was responsive, and they provided helpful recommendations.

We are a party of 11 so boy it was not easy to find lodging in the area. We initially wanted another property but was told that one was not available but this newly renovated unit is up. We took it and can't be happier with our decision. The location is so convenient. There are two grocery stores right across the train track. There's even a walkway to go through. In the morning we can also walk out to get Starbucks or great bagels. There are restaurants right downstairs as well as a small Asian markets where we went to pick up some olive oil in the middle of cooking. The property is very clean and well planned out, with each of the four bedrooms accommodating two or three. It's nice to have two fridges though we didn't use both stoves.

The property is in an absolute perfect location. Walking distance to groceries and town. Close to explore other areas.

My family was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfortable accommodations for our group of 11 people. We were a little concerned as we pulled up to the condo as we didn't realize that we would be staying above the stores below. However, the stores below were not a problem other than the Little Caeser's which was being remodeled. Fortunately the construction noise didn't start until after 8:00 a.m. The recent remodeling of the condo unit where we stayed was well done especially the floors and the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials in cooking and barbecuing for our meals along with enough dishes for our large group. Loved the big table that accommodated all of us at mealtimes. The beds were comfortable and the washrooms were conveniently located near the bedrooms. One improvement regarding the bedrooms would be to switch out the single bed to a full bed in the bedroom with the larger alcove. My daughter whose children are 8 and 10 tried to sleep on the pull out sofa in the living area but the mattress was so lumpy that we purchased a queen air mattress and placed it in the bedroom alcove which made the sleeping arrangements so much better. We were a little concerned about the railroad track being so close to the condo but found that running a fan in each of our bedrooms at night muffled the train noise so that everyone could get a good night's sleep. We loved having two grocery stores just a couple of blocks away. The condo was conveniently located between Calgary and Banff National Park to make the most of our trip for sightseeing, hiking, rafting, biking, canoeing and other activities. We really enjoyed our time in Canada with accommodations that met our needs. Thank you for a happy and fun time for our family reunion.
