Property is excellent for us. I was annoyed by your communication before hand and the fact that there was no written info in the property. My phone froze on the Monday of our stay so had no access to your on line info. We didn't need it but I do not want to have an app just to book a weeks holiday but a bit of info in the property abput what the symbols on the micro wave nmean is useful.

Wow, what an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From communication, arriving at the cleanest villa we have ever rented, the small but very welcome touches of a welcome basket & mid/rent clean to leaving. Nothing could be improved. Villa Manuela and Puerto Calero really made a perfect holiday.

As we have stayed in Puerto Calero before we knew the area well, the villa was lovely, great location, peaceful, very clean with everything you needed, the pool was great a really good size. The local restaurants are very good, but from the villa to the harbour there is a bit of a steep hill, but plenty of parking if you have a hire car. A very relaxing stay.

What a beautiful villa in a fantastic location !! Once again the Villa was immaculate with some welcome goodies for our arrival, what a lovely touch !! Nothing was too much trouble for the management company during our stay, we needed them to fix a small issue which they did very quickly. The Villa is so relaxing and made our holiday perfect, we will definitely be back !!

This is second time we have stayed at Villa Manuela, it’s a lovely Villa. Spotlessly clean lovely pool all you could wish for. Manuel and the team are always ready to help if you need it. We will definitely be coming back.

What a beautiful Villa !! We enjoyed a 2 week stay at this lovely villa which has a fantastic pool and outside area for relaxing. The location is great, 10 mins walk to Puerto Calero harbour and 10 min taxi ride into puerto del carmen. The villa is also in a quiet neighbourhood which we found very relaxing. We will definitely stay again !!

Villa Manuela is a very well appointed and well maintained accommodation. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The Buena Villa team were exceptionally kind, courteous and could not have done more to make our stay a happy experience. Thank you to all.

We love Puerto Calero, not just for all the facilities in the Port, but the central location for getting everywhere. Villa Manuela is very nice indeed; spacious, very well equipped and clean. It is also very private with a great patio, garden and a gorgeous big pool (we paid for heating which we reckon is essential in the winter). There was air con in each room (apart from in the bath rooms), which converted to heating, - quite nice in the early morning in the winter. If at all we should criticise anything, we recommend an update of the en suite bathroom, especially the bath and shower. After a late arrival on a Sunday night, we received a message from David Newton, Buena Villa's guest relations manager, welcoming us. We have rented villas on Lanzarote for years, and this has never happened before, a guest relations manager for a villa! - GREAT! David came along the next day to say hello and check us in properly, this gave us the opportunity to ask questions if there were any queries. This was new to us and a HUGE plus from Buena Villa, David and Manuel (Manager/Owner) were both excellent! Thank you for the best three weeks ever on Lanzarote, not to forget the glorious weather of course - we are just sorting out dates for next year! C & T Cook, Surrey, UK

Lovely clean villa with superb pool. Great resort with a variety of restaurants serving good food.

We have just had a lovely holiday with 4 adults and 2 small children. The villa was spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything you need. Just a short walk downhill to the Marina with a nice selection of restaurants.

We have loved this villa We went with a 4 and 1 year old even had spare nappies and wipes in the travel cot. Spotlessly clean and lovely comfortable beds. Lovely location 10 minute walk to the Marina Only minor criticism only 4 sun beds. Overall would highly recommend this villa.

2 nd time in Villa Manuela and booked for 2020 ! What more to say ! Improvements from year to year after market start 2 years ago. Price/performance = 5 stars ! Dear Buenavilla team : please keep that level of standard. See you next year !

We had a great 4 night stay at Villa Manuela in Puerto Calero. Spacious secluded villa with sleeping space for six. Indoor seating would only fit three but we spent most of the time outside, which had ample outdoor furniture. Pool was great - I would recommend buying the heating option in winter months. Information in advance from Buena Villa was very clear. Team did tend to communicate by email or what’s app very close to time of wanting to meet when we were out in Lanzarote but were very accommodating when they missed us as not checking email on holiday. It would be helpful to agree time of check in before arriving in Lanzarote. We would recommend heading to Playa Quemada, Yaiza or El Golfo for more authentic Lanzarote dining as the options in Puerto de Calero tend towards English options. You definitely need a hire car if you want to head to the beach or do sight seeing.

VERY PLEASANT CLEAN WELL LOCATED VILLA WELL MANAGED

Excellent communication from the BuenaVilla team during the booking process and the lead up to our villa vacation. We arrived much earlier than the check in time but were welcome to leave our luggage at the villa whilst the cleaning was completed. With restaurants and the beautiful marina only a 5 minute downhill walk away, a long lunch passed the time until our check in. Villa was on one level (apart from a couple of steps to the bedrooms / bathrooms) which suited us as we had kids of 3 and 6 in tow. Furnished to a high standard and very clean. Our welcome representative was very helpful and informative of the villa facilities. The villa provided filled soap dispensers, bathroom and pool towels, washing tablets, dishwasher capsules. This extended to including milk, tea,coffee and condiments all of which made our first shopping trip much easier and cheaper. I mention this because we have been on other villa holidays where none of these domestic consumables are provided (a big plus for the BuenaVilla team). The pool area, of course where we spent most of our time, was perfect with plenty of shade available. We chose this villa also based on the built in steps into the pool which suited the kids and adults alike. In summary, our best villa holiday experience by far. If this is typical of the BuenaVilla villas then we can totally recommend the BuenaVilla team for your next villa vacation.

Firstly, there is no air-conditioning and the pool heating is extra, so not ideal for this tune if year when it can be both cold for the pool and too hot to sleep. The Villa itself is adequate, but there nothing magical or wow about it. The letting agent is a nice guy to deal with and responded immediately when contacted. Tye pool is nice and cleaning is provided.The town is an average harbour town about 500mtrs away, with lots of high priced restaurants, with varying quality. This is not for those who want any kind if entertainment at all. Theres no beach either, but is one nice hill walk. It would be suited to an older couple or a young couple, not for a family with teenagers, they will be bored by it. All in all, not a bad place but it's only ok and to be honest, I wouldn't stay again, there are better options for cheaper, plus the pool heating cost is a bit mean for a few degrees warmer, which I thought was quite sneaky. Also, it's 2018, with no air-conditioning, come on....

Our stay in June 2018 was by all means excellent. Especially the immediate response of the Buena Villa Team if there was anp request or requirement. We are in the 70 th and the only demand we have would be more comfortable sunbeds. We have booked that Villa already for 2019 - what more to say!

The villa was outstanding and had everything we needed. The standard of customer service was also excellent, they checked with us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. We would also like to mention the Pool Man. After he had been the pool was crystal clear, his standard of cleaning far exceeded anything we have experienced in the past. We would highly recommend this villa and will be returning.

This villa is on an excellent location. You can walk to the marina with great bars and shops. The pool is big and garden space fabulous. We were met by Alvaro who was kind and informative. The only thing I will say is the villa was not cleaned while we were there. We were not there a full week but we would have appreciated clean sheets and clean All in all we had a great week though

Villa Manuela is a very nice, well equipped Villa in a great location. The Villa is a short walk down to the shops and restaurants of Puerto Calero. Not the place to stay if you don’t like steep hills! The street is very quiet and the Villa has nice Spanish families living on either side so great for a restful break. This Villa would also be ideal for a base for a cycling holiday with bikes available to hire in advance from Lanzarote Bikes based in the Costa Calero Hotel ( a 100m walk). The management company are also very good and their communication is brilliant.

The villa is well located, and in excellent condition. The service I received from the agents Buenavilla was first class.
