We spent 3 months at this property , the first month of our stay the weather was a bit cool so we had no need of the air conditioning and did not realise there was a problem. When it was needed we discovered that only the downstairs AC was working , 2 bedrooms were not ,we contacted Klaus from Scandiservice who bent over backwards to have it fixed but it became apparent that this was an ongoing problem that we had not been told about before booking the property ( there had been correspondence with the owners where they had the opportunity to let us know ) very disappointed doesn't come close. Klaus brought us a fan which was much appreciated, we couldn't fault him for trying. Eventually he suggested we contacted the owners direct as he was having no success of having it fixed, by then we were into our third month and decided we didn't want to waste anymore of our holiday time , even though many nights were spent sleeping on the sofa downstairs in the cool. Also the photos of the property were not up to date, the roof terrace was very tired looking & although the daybeds were comfortable , the screen/carpet & wall hangings had seen better days & we didn't attempt to use the BBQ .The balcony furniture was rusty and flaking paint so the taking of photos was disappointing . In saying all that we had no fault with anything else, it was spotlessly clean, the pool area was fab but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again . I would like to say it was shabby chic but is was just shabby.

Bonne location, la personne qui s en occupe était à l heure et nous attendait pour la visite. Près de la mer environ 350 mètres petits magasins dans les environs pareil pour les restaurants. Je recommande. Merci et à une prochaine fois

Bel appartement très bien équipé. Il ne manque vraiment rien. On se croirait à la maison. Piscine magnifique. La plage est à moins de 2 min. Tout peux se faire à pied sans problème. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Séjour fin septembre période idéale pour les jeunes enfants.

A very pleasing atmosphere in the rooms, everything functioned as promised and people overall were very nice and supportive to us. We loved the clean apartement, excellent WiFi, much cutlery (its oviously not in all apartements like this!), the clean beach and the excellent waves, sunset and shops along the boulevard. supermarket (named consum) is very near and with a bus from alicante we were in 1 hour for little money from town to town. its very optimal for children too on my opinion ;)

El apartamento estaba muy cerca de la playa,cocina nueva, aíre acondicionado, televisión grande wifi e internet ,la piscina con poca gente,por lo general muy bien. Lo peor algunos muebles rotos y viejos,silla Rota del comedor y ducha no se podía colgar,alguna mano de pintura en la parte de los dormitorios no le vendría mal por qué están bastante sucios .Por lo demás ,nos gustó sobre todo la ubicación de la cercanía a la playa y el horario de las piscina que es muy extenso.Gracias . Yo si recomiendo este apartamento

Het appartement in zijn hoedanigheid is echt meer dan oke! . Alles is aanwezig en het dakterras is onze favoriet. We willen echter vooral de sleutelhouder (en zijn vrouw) bedanken. Wat een warm welkom en beschikbaarheid bieden deze mensen. Ze staan indien nodig voor je klaar, zijn stipt betreft afspraken en communiceren zeer helder en snel. Ze zijn helemaal fantastisch. A well equipped apartment with all you need for a great self catering holiday

Hemos estado una semana con nuestro peque de tres años y tengo que decir que ha sido estupendo, la casa y la urbanización genial, la zona muy bien también, todo cercano. Sin duda repetiremos.

Appartement juste magnifique, Propre, beau, il y a tout le nécessaire pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Lits confortables, litteries nickels, déco entre l'ancien et le moderne nous avons apprécier, la piscine propre ouverte de 10h à 15h et de 17h-22h, appartement proche de tous commerces ainsi que les plages, les restaurants vue sur sur mer juste agréable. L'appartement est juste super bien situé et nickel je recommande à 1000% Nous avons même rajouter 2 jours supplémentaires Merci à Patrick et Heidi pour votre accueil dans votre bien.

We loved the apartment! Location was excellent near to the sea. Apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, pool area was very nice also. We got help from the owners whenever we needed :)

Enjoyed our stay. Apartment is obviously well looked after. All the appliances(washing machine etc.) and accoutrements were available. We knew the area well as the couple who stayed with us used to live in Torrevieja. Perhaps I ought to mention as my brother in-law and his wife are not as mobile as they used to be there are numerous steps to encounter. The apartment is on the 2nd floor ( No Lift) and the apartment has a flight of stairs to the bedroom and another flight to the roof terrace.
