Great arrangement of rooms. Everything worked!

We had 7 adults and 2 children staying here for 4 days. The view out to the Gulf was incredible. The kitchen was large enough for several folks to work in at the same time. The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to replace my bed at home with the same mattress. The owner, Sabrina, was easy to contact and showed care for us as her guests by contacting us as tropical storm Alberto approached Mexico and storm surge hit the Texas coast. We would definitely rebook this property for another beach vacation.

Decided to go a bit closer and less days with a new 6 month old baby. The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t feel like anything was missing. Right on the beach with a stairway leading to the beach. Didn’t communicate much with host because we didn’t need anything. Loved sitting on the deck to watch the sun rise and sun set. Cooked most meals because it’s hard to take tired out kiddos to restaurants! Wished we booked a few more days! Beds were comfy. Only recommendation is bring bug spray because underneath the house the mosquitos were hungry!

Pretty much everything about this house was great! The owner communicated extremely well forgetting us information and even responded quickly for questions (although most questions could have been answered with the owners detailed documentation if we had read better). The house was clean and ready to go, and the walk to the beach was directly in front of the house. The house is pretty close to the drive on entrance for the beach, which I didn’t realize, so the beach was a bit More crowded, but not terrible. The house is in close proximity to plenty of little tiny stores and only about a 15 minute drive to larger grocery stores. My only real was a change in house set up from what we had initially booked. I spent hours and hours across multiple apps trying to find a house that was both one story and had NO Bunkbeds (which is hard to find) so I didn’t have to worry about following my three year-old around to keep him from getting hurt on things and this house was perfect when we booked it. The kids room had four twin beds and they were all flat to the ground. I was extremely, extremely, extremely disappointed to arrive at the house and find that the kids room had been converted and now held two sets of bunkbeds. It was a great house and we would definitely consider using it again when all of the kids were a little older and less rambunctious. We did feel a little rushed leaving because the cleaner showed up 40 minutes early

Our 2nd time to this property. It is perfect for beach lovers with it being just yards off the beach. Kids and grandkids were steadily back and forth given the proximity to the beach/ water. Look forward to our next stay!

Fabulous beach home! Perfect set up inside for multi family use. Our children enjoyed the beach being just steps away! Location is close enough to enjoy all Galveston has to offer and still get to enjoy the quietness of Jamaica beach.

What a wonderful time our family had! The house was just right and we had plenty of room. Great location on the beach and such a nice view of the sunrise. We really enjoyed sitting out on the huge deck in the comfy chairs. The house was spotless and had everything that we could have possibly needed and more. There is a great store right around the corner in case you need anything. Sabrina was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Loved it so much that we’ve already booked again for next year!

8 retired teachers celebrating 20 years since first retirement! Galveston is our happy place filled with wonderful memories and now after this visit we have even better ones! Host and hostess were more than helpful—they treated us like guests! We were all comfortable in our own spaces and enjoyed our time on huge porch, comfortable living room and dining table large enough for games. Access to beach was perfect for morning and evening walks. We had everything we needed.
