We had a lovely weekend in dwellingup. The cottage is cosy and the kitchen is well appointed. The back terrace and fire pit were a great social hub. Dianne was very accommodating and responsive as a hostess. Hope to be back again! Thank you :)

Great property everything you would want and more for a relaxing retreat. Easy walk to local cafes and a short drive to Redgums Winery for tastings and lunch. Highly recommend this stay.

Our second time here. First time in summer. This time we had the wood fire cranked up for the 3 days and it was a great ambience. My favourite country hideaway.

Milltree cottage was delightful. It was comfortable, clean and close walk into town and forrest. If planning to cook take oil and spices with you. Cooking equipment great. Lovely week relaxing. Thanks Nadine

We three older ladies arrived at Milltree Cottage to a well lit wood fire on a cold afternoon and it was bliss! The entire house was warm, clean and tidy. The three bedrooms have a lot of space in them. The kitchen has everything you should need and the lounge area was very comfy and very warm. All in all, I personally would be very happy to reside long term in such a welcoming home. Only one request, particularly when weather is colder, is to have thicker bath towels please.
Dwellingup is a delightful small town full of warm, friendly and helpful people and the surrounding areas are completely indicative of what we all love about the Australian countryside. The landscape was just picture perfect and really encouraged us as artists to capture it all when painting. We definitely have intentions to visit again in the future."

We had a lovely stay at Milltree Cottage. Easy walk into town and to the Hotham Railway. The cottage had everything we needed for a two night stay, it was very comfortable. Lovely warm pot belly fire. The garden with the birdlife stopping in was very relaxing to watch. Thanks.

if you are looking for a comfortable, old world relaxing place to stay this should be your choice. Trees all around, birds, comfy beds, lounges everywhere to "lounge on" . Plus rocking chair on the front verandah and another lounge.! Back verandah, again with comfy old leather lounges, bbq, bird bath. hammock. good quality crockery and cutlery and appliances that enyone would need. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely be going again. So pleased we found this accommodation

Great cottage with comfy beds, wood fire, BBQ, excellent internet who could ask for more. Short walk to town, great food at the pub. And mountain bike tracks across the road. We absolutely loved our week here.

Oml the journey there through the hills and forest alone was just beautiful! reminded us of home nz. Loved the train rides, parks & all the local eat outs.

Husby had it blazing early am & pm every day. its winter and she was cold! Some wood is supplied by the owner, when we ran out we brought more from the petrol station. Loved that fire👌👌 Was happy to know there was a dryer because i didnt see one on the amenities. Might wanna take extra toilet paper and Towels. Kitchen has everything a master chef needs except the food😉. Really does feel like your in a forest even though there are homes all around you. Still very private and safe. I could write a whole novel about all the good things mill tree has to offer for yous but its origin night! So just Book it & enjoy.

3 glorious nights spent in this cosy cottage. The perfect place to relax by the fire and do a puzzle and watch movies. Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and homely. Dianne was very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. Will definitely be back although next time we'd come when the weather is a little warmer so that we can utilise the beautiful back yard and enjoy some walks in the national park.

We loved that the home so close to the town of Dwellingup, although you felt as though you are camping all alone in the forest.
Every need was catered for at the home and the outside barbecue and firepit area was exceptional.
We really enjoyed our week at Milltree Cottage and we will certainly be back. Thanks

I was less enthused by the Vrbo booking process, which is clunky and counter intuitive

It was a fantastic weekend. The place was beyond what we had expected. beautiful accommodation. the outside is just perfect for relaxing. My sisters and I live all over the State and dont catch up often. but we will be back again next year for another weekend. Thank you.

A very cosy, comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean property. Well located within walking distance of townsite. Definitely will choose this one next visit.

Will stay again for sure. This home is beautiful, comfortable and has everything we needed. Games, DVDs, kitchen was completely kitted out. Bed were comfy one was firm another was soft so we swapped around to get our perfect nights rest. Garden is just beautiful and location is perfect.
Only one thing to note which wasn't a deal breaker at all just good to know for the future. There is no WIFI lol since we are with Vodafone we got no reception but one member of our party was on Telstra so got all the perks. :)
Will.come back with family a girls weekend soon.

Family had a great experience. The location and house was beautiful. Well equipped with all amenities. Place was clean and welcoming. Dianne was prompt with her reply and all communication. The property was very comfortable, more spacious than we expected, very clean and extremely well equipped. Our group of five persons was highly satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The owner, Dianne, also responded in a timely way to our inquiries.
