The caretakers were so welcoming and assisted in every way possible. The location is so beautiful. So serene. The accommodation and facilities were faultless. We had the best time and can't wait to go back!

Lovely location and good amenities in the cottages. Very close to Lane Poole Reserve and all the activities. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Perfect for our first short trip as a family.

The site is perfect if you want a quiet, peaceful bush setting which is well planted with flowering shrubs and trees. Access to the town is 5 minutes by car.

(Self catering) There was no toilet paper in the chalet when we were arrived which was soon rectified by the maintenance man who was on site. By itself not a big deal but showed a lack of attention to important details which set the scene badly. First a comment on the lack of detail on the booking.com site. We are over 75. We would think twice about a two story chalet as Susan has mobility limitations. When combined with no toilets on the upper floor we definitely would not have booked. Also there is no phone reception on site, and no resident staff at any times. We had problems with the TV and DVD player so arranged an appointment with a manager on site for the morning after we arrived. No one turned up. We had no TV or DVD services as a result for the 2 days of our stay. Management services for the site were zero. Worst ever experienced in Australia.

We had an amazing stay at Noble Falls. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The grounds are full of wildlife and there are plenty of bush walks around. The kids had a ball. We will definitely be coming back

Excellent location/ setting. Lovely comfortable accommodation.

Our stay could have been improved with a few really simple things- provide dishwashing liquid, extra bin bags, more firewood (some provided but we had to buy more/ there is more for sale), a map of the grounds/ nearby attractions (up on the reception door, but we didn’t notice it on check in- would have been helpful to have one in the cabin or be given one). The fridge wasn’t big enough for 7 people staying two nights self catering, and no oven.

loved the property, the surrounds/ gardens and the animals. My 3 year old son loved the animals too.

Every thing. The chalet was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Animals were a joy. Surroundings were beautiful.

Nice overall, just beware there is no 3G or 4G so bring some dvds. Hdmi cord and download some night time entertainment before you arrive
