no breakfast for this hotel, only two carpark lot available as i drive from Singapore, will need a carpark lot.

Very easy check-in process. The staff helps assist me to get to know the surrounding area such as the eating places and mosque. The hotel is in good shape and quite new. Recommended for other travellers that is going around USJ area

The parking area is limited and this is a headache for hotel occupants that travelling by car. There is only 2 parking spots reserved for hotel occupants. Increasing this will be a better and good attraction.

1) Cleanliness was the saving factor as there were lost of issues during my stay.but I overlooked it cos the place was clean. 2) Prompt assistance from maintenance staff to fix issues and they even asked if everything was ok in passing.

1) water heater didn't work 2) doors don't close properly.(they even changed my room) 3) they require money for everything. I had a family room and a second key was refused wirhout a deposit. 4) i was promised early check in my reception wanted to charge until I escalated and asked proof to resolve. 5) not everything should me money oriented and elements of customer service should be there in staff as the default answer is pay and get the service.. front staff should be able to make simple decisions

Good location and value for money. Clean bed and bathroom with amenities. Decent wifi in room. Had a good rest!

There are stairs leading to lifts in the property but not accessible for wheelchairs if needed. Towels provided are a little old and worn out.
