Proximity to Sunway Lagoon is very convenient. Room clean and comfortable.

The hotel seems old. My children were given a room on a floor with very bad smell in the corridors. They were then given a different room. Needs a major refurbishment and change decor. One lady staff at reception quite rude and bad body language.

It was connected to the Sunway Pyramid Mall and the Sunway Lagoon Playground making it a very convenient hotel.

The rooms felt as if they were slightly smaller for similarly prices but they were still comfortable though.

Room is comfortable. Front desk officer (Cik Balqis) is very helpful and accommodative. Nice location with nearby shopping complex and waterpark. Its just quite a headache to get parking space. Overall its a great stay.

it looked nice from first glance and the location was very convenient. close to shops restaurants and theme park

there was mould in the bathroom and the stench that came from drain was really bad. lights blew out in our room and initially I wanted connecting rooms they couldn’t guarantee it. after I moved rooms the next day because I insisted as that’s what I had booked the man tried to charge me extra. staff weren’t as friendly as other hotels. overall it was ok, facilities and room was cleaned daily and breakfast option was good

Next to shopping mall and walking distance to Sunway Lagoon. Smooth check in and out. Great hospitality. Plenty spread of foods for breakfast. Overall, really love the experience.
