Location, many restaurants around but far from kl city center

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was disappointing. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible—specifically, in rooms 316 and 1107. I could clearly hear the highway noise, including motorcycles and cars, which made it hard to sleep. Even worse, the pillowcases had an unpleasant sweat odor, which was off-putting. The towels were also in bad shape, with noticeable yellow stains, and they weren’t even white anymore—they had turned a dingy grey. Overall, this stay was far below my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Everything is perfect!

The room, beds, bathroom were very good.

Our luggages were left on the trolly in the lobby no one bother to send them up to our room. We waited for over 20 mins in the room then went down to bring the all luggages up to the room by myself.
