This property has everything you’d every want. We were wowed when we found out that they have a hand bidet sprayer. The customer service is literally the best, they’re very responsive and attentive. Not to mention that the location is a huge plus, literally 4 minutes away from the Duomo.

The air conditioning in one of the units was not working properly and it ruined my holiday so i only slept 1 night in it out of the 4 nights I booked so i lost more than 900€ because I chose sweet inn

Location was excelent. The terase is amazing. And the whole interier is very cosy. Perfect for a group of friends.

The sofa bed could be bigger. For a longer stay with 8 people this could be a limitation.

the sofa bed in the living room was quite uncomfortable. it was squeaking with every turn and the headboard was constantly falling. we booked it for 4 people but in my opinion its better fit for 2 they have more apapetments and our didnt look like to one on the picture

Excellent location at Duomo area. Balcony is great!Room window has great view of Duomo. Lift brings you to door step of your apartment. Walk to parking at nearly door step away. SIXT car return is at the parking as well.

Parking is extremely narrow, almost impossible to park at any spot, but luckily SIXT car rental has reservation of many spots where you can just park in or ask the staff there at -3 floor during their office hours. At night you can find two adjacent spots if you are not confident with the parking.. Bedding mattress is not so good. You can feel the spring in the mattress. Sofa bed mattress is better than the master bedroom mattress ironically. But nonetheless, it is not a big deal compared to the excellent location, balcony and view. Hope the owner will upgrade the mattress since this is such a great hotel.

wasn’t clean especially the bathrooms ( moldy ) and black dust comes out of the air conditioner

location location location we were less than five minutes walking to the heart of Duomo design was fine and cleanness also check in and check out process was sooo good and smooth we let our self in as they provide self check in option

apartment was in the 8th floor and the lift only carry you to the seventh do we had to take all our luggage one floor up also the place wasn’t a real apartment it was like an attic

the great modern facilities

nothing it was brilliant

online it stated that checking starts at 4pm. we got there around 16:05 and the room had cleaners inside and loads of bin bags in front of the room. The room was still being cleaned all the way to 17:13 while we had to wait 1 hour in front of the door as there was no reception to wait at. We had no chance to speak to the cleaners about the problem as no one was speaking English, they were just acting rude towards us as we wouldn’t leave and called more and more people to there , everyone was just walking in and out. we called the landlord and explained that WE PLANNED OUR DAY AROUND THE CHECK-IN TIME STATED ONLINE and needed to get ready for a restaurant booking asap. After more than one hour waiting standing on the hallway talking to the landlord on the phone he agreed to REFUND THE CLEANING FEES €70, which we have proof of in a recording. However , after we checked out he wouldn’t respond to our messages anymore!!!!!! at the end our day program got messed up DISAPPOINTING

The apartment is ideal for a family with one child. It has a view to the Duomo, which is a plus.

On the pictures everything looks new and shiny but on when you arrive you see that is not the case. It looks like that is has been booked a lot since the last maintain, the dining table has to be changed, so as the carpets, and so on.

the only problem was the washing for it couldn’t work at first. but after being repaired the next day it could work but limited to 1 wash per day, i don’t know why
