This place filled the needs of my family.

This house is clean but the location just OK.

House is nice, good location, manager is great to work with. Neiborhood rooster will wake you daily

Overall stay was good. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with host was great. The home is older and could use some repairs but didn't make for an unpleasant stay. Location for Disneyland was not the best as there was no immediate access to the freeway and there was a lot of traffic on the main roads leading to a 30 minute travel time. The home itself was comfortable and neighborhood was pretty quiet.

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to be comfortable, and close to where we needed to be.

We rented this home because 5 of our family members were attending my daughter's college graduation. It was way more affordable than renting three hotel rooms. The home was large enough for everyone to have privacy, and the three bathrooms allowed us all to get ready each day without delays. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks, which we found thoughtful and helpful, so we didn't go to the store right away when we arrived. Minh was always immediately responsive and gave me plenty of details about expectations and amenities. Due to Minh's organized emails, I didn't have any questions during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. It is located near a school and park, so just be cautious while driving for their safety as many walk to and from school.

Great rental for our needs. Spacious and one more bedroom than I was expecting. Water pressure in middle bathroom could use some work, but everything else was awesome!

Thanks Minh for providing such a wonderful place to base our Disney trip from. 3 adults and 3 children had lots of room and great amenities to make our stay perfect. The kids enjoyed the putting green and the kitchen and supplies worked very well for the adults. Very comfortable beds and the bath towels were better than any I had ever used. Thnls again form a Montana family!

DO NOT STAY HERE. My friends and I stayed over the weekend for a wedding. Everything was uneventful until we reached out to the host 5 hours after checkout to inform him/her that we had unfortunately forgotten some clothes in the closet and if they could set it aside while we make arrangements on how to retrieve them. These were not random shirts but decent and quality clothes for the wedding. The host just emailed back and told us that the housekeeper had THROWN them away and sorry for the inconvenience. The host also mentioned, "We don’t guarantee to return items that are left behind in our house." This was NOT in any of the emails or communication. He also mentioned COVID guidelines. Setting aside clothes is not CDC compliant? What a poor excuse for bad service. Isn't it courtesy and customary in hospitality business to set aside forgotten items of your guest for a certain period of time? What if it was a Rolex watch? Would they just throw it away because of "COVID" guidelines? It's overpriced for what it offers. Beddings and furnitures are cheap. The ice dispenser does not work. Neighborhood has poor lighting at night and can feel unsafe.

Everything was okay but the beds was so bad

We stayed for a few days for a Disneyland trip. Easy drive to Disneyland and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family group of 10.

Our stay was great, home was clean, bright and had all the amenities we needed. Our host Minh was responsive to any questions we had and was helpful. The only gripe would be the roosters next door, they were bright and early in the mornings. Beyond that I would say it was a positive stay and our family enjoyed OC.

The first day we checked in, after about an hour after arriving, my mom and I ended up mopping the entire place because the floor was dirty. The dishes, utensils and pots were all grimy. Whoever used it last did not wash them properly and I don’t think the housekeeper clean them. My family and I were not happy with the cleanliness of the place. Also, on Saturday and Sunday, the neighbors played music really loud. The first night we stayed there, the neighbor had a party and did not stop blasting loud music until close to midnight. The host was very responsive. However, I felt that he was argumentative when I informed him of the issues. I would not recommend staying at this place.

The house was an excellent place to stay with my school group. The neighborhood was an historic Orange County area, and beautiful at this time of year since the Jacaranda trees are in blossom. The home is quite large and comfortable, with lots of private space and plenty of bathrooms. We loved hanging out in the backyard. The host was super friendly, attentive and communicative. There were no issues at all, and everything was clear and easy to find.

Positives: Within 15 mi of the park. Good, secure parking for up to 4 large vehicles. Good room/bathroom layout for 3 families totaling 6 adults/5 kids. Clean. AC works great. Opportunities for improvement: Not all stove burners work. Ice dispenser in refrigerator doesn't dispense ice. Chickens/rooster next door. Owner corrected initial problems encountered within first 24 hrs of 3 night stay.

We had a big group going to Disneyland for the week and this place was great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The kitchen had coffee pods stocked for use! Really nice backyard patio with grill and golf area. It was a short 20 minute ride to Disneyland and super easy to Uber there to avoid parking. The neighbors do have a lot of chickens, but you only hear them in the house if you had the windows open. Thanks for the stay!

The house was very clean and spacious ! The yard was nice and the kids had a blast running around. The neighborhood wasn’t quiet at all but it didn’t bother us because we had kids that weren’t quiet either. Lots of birthday parties occurred during our stay so we fit right in because we were celebrating a birthday as well. Bring face towels, and possibly a bluetooth speaker for music everything else was provided! Again wonderful stay!

It was so roomie and it had the perfect places for my family to sleep. If the owner would have us again, we would like to book this house again for our Disneyland trip.

Overall the stay was nice and stress free. The area was residential so it felt more neighborly than vacation, which I thought was nice. The house was spacious and the large dinning table fit all of us. The couch space was small though, for the size of the living room. The host responded to my messages, just took some time. This was a great middle location for all the attractions we went to (packing district, food places, and shopping places.

Had everything we needed. Especially nice was the gated off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms off long hall gave privacy.

Me and my cousins really enjoyed this place! Was even bigger than what it looked liked in the pictures. We enjoyed the bbq grill and rooms were very spacious. Overall I would recommend anyone with +5 guest to book this place.

The house was clean and spacious along with nice touches—shampoo, body wash, nice thick towels, and coffee K-cups

The place was nice and meet our need but the neighbors, they parked their cars in front of the property and barely give us room to drive in to the driveway.

Everything was exactly as listed, clean and easily accessed. The host was just a short message away when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again with the family!

My family (6 of us) were in OC to visit our extended family after 2 years. This big, comfortable house served our purposes as a perfect launching pad and home base. Family-oriented neighborhood, we felt safe and it had all the amenities. When we left 2 pairs of shoes behind, Minh was good enough to mail them to us. Thanks for everything, Minh!

my next travel to california ..i rented again.. hopefully everything runs good innthe year.
