House was great! We ended up having a full house but it was still comfortable. I will say, the house sleeps 10 but there is only a couch on the common area. There are dining room chairs you can pull in. The only other thing is the four bedroom is actually the downstairs living area so there isn't a ton of privacy for the room with the king bed. The house was great though! It really worked having two usable bathrooms that weren't inside a room with the amount of people the house sleeps. Very clean. Great experience!

Very hide property, clean and beds were comfortable. It is located in a family neighborhood and is very close to lots of POIs.

The owner was great at communicating and made the experience very easy.

The duplex is advertised as four bedrooms, but the two rooms downstairs don’t have doors that shut. One is really part of a garage and neither has a closet. A steep staircase descends into one of the bedrooms and is behind the door. So people in the other bedroom cannot go upstairs without opening the door of the other bedroom, which also has an outside door that doesn’t provide enough protection. The bathroom has a tiny shower in which an adult can’t lean over. Has no towel bars, but a pushpin stuck in the wall. I ran the dishwasher and nearly got sick. Dead fish smell emanated the entire time in ran, plus the dishwasher has broken parts. The downstairs sink was clogged. The place only has a sofa in the living room, no chairs. Everything is put together so sloppily and poorly.

We totally enjoyed and loved the house! It had everything that we needed and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time. Thank you for everything!!

I had a great time it was no complaints or anything

The only thing that I did not like waas when we booked it on the website it said check out with 11:00 a.m. the owner told me it was 10:00 a.m. I requested the extra hour so we could get ready to leave and they said yes it's all on the messages and then at 10 o'clock they started contacting me about when I was going to be leaving and at 11 o'clock they said our cleaning team is ready to go in and we were pulling out I've never had that happen before in all the Times I've rented properties that did not make me happy

Wonderful spot for a few couples to share a house and still have privacy. Clean and well kept and the owners communication was fantastic.

We had 6 men and stayed one night for a Chiefs game. Everything was just as the website described and everything went GREAT except the Chiefs lost 🙁

We had a bachelorette weekend and this house fit everyone great! Only complaints were about the upstairs showerhead, but other than that, beds were comfy, there was plenty of room, and it was in a great area!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to tons of points of interest. Boris checked in with us a couple of times to ensure all was well.

We thought we rented a different address and when we were in Kansas City 2 weeks ago we didn’t see the address on any VRBO emails. We reached out and Boris replied with the address we thought we rented. We did not take notice of the address on the 4-27 email we could not get the key code to work. Then we finally noticed the address change. The new address did not fill our need to seat 14 people but only 6(we had a Baptism reception). To make things worse we could not find any chairs anywhere. We sat adults on the floor to eat. A little embarrassing. Several interior doors did not close completely and the bi fold near front door came out of track when opening On a positive note sleeping space worked.

We enjoyed a "Girls' KC Getaway" and stayed at this property for two nights. It was older. Some things didn't work quite right (many doors do not shut properly, for example), but inside was clean and comfortable. The owner/manager communicated well, and it was very convenient. Thank you, Boris!
