It was okay, comfortable and clean the only thing i was washing dishes and the water from the sink went to the dishwasher we end up cleaning the whole thing

The upstairs was decorated nice. House needs thorough cleaning. Fuzz growing on vents throughout house; result-sneezing. Lots of bugs and dirt in basement. Electrical short issue with LR and DR ceiling fixtures - fire hazzard. Yards need clean up. Needs glasses in kitchen; dishes too. Great location. Owner friendly and responds quickly. Needs some improvements before we'd stay again.

We came for a weekend trip to watch the capital city carnage derby! It was so nice coming to a nice clean house with comfy beds at the end of a long night! Would love to stay here again in the further!

We had a great stay here! Not too many issues just the usual kind of traveling stuff. Cozy cute place and quiet for some much needed rest after driving from Colorado. Thanks so much!

We stayed here for my son's wedding. It was a great location and had everything we needed. Brandie, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded to emails very quickly and was very accommodating. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. We didn't get to enjoy the back yard as there wasn't time, but the fire pit would have been fun to use. The ice maker made plenty of ice for the 7 of us. The rooms were nice size and comfortable. Plenty of extra linens for the beds and towels as needed. The house was very clean, comfortable and better than staying in a hotel. Great for our family gathering.

Our big family (six adult kids, ages 16-25, and my husband and I) recently made a trip to Kansas for our son's wedding. We wanted a place to accommodate all of us so we could make our own meals and have room to relax. This home was perfect! Having adult children, it's always hard to find places with enough beds so none of them have to share a bed. Upstairs, in addition to a very comfortable master bedroom, there were two other bedrooms, each with queen beds for our boys. Downstairs there was a king bed and double bunk so the three girls had plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and fully-equipped with a generous assortment of kitchen utensils and housewares, including linens and bedding. All the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. It is evident that Brandi, the property owner, took a lot of care into wanting to make the home comfortable for her guests. Much attention was given to small details. There were even little shampoos and lotions in the bathrooms. The location was perfect! We were minutes from everything while nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Because of all the COVID changes, we weren't sure if the wedding was going to take place. Communicating with Brandi was easy and she was extremely accommodating with our arrangements. She was very prompt in addressing messages sent through VBRO. The whole stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free! Should the occasion arise for all of us to travel back to Topeka, we know we don't have to spend time searching for a place to stay! We'd definately come back here.

Cousin reunion sight selected based upon Casino access and distance from home for cousins traveling from Wichita, Ks, Limon, Co and St. Louis, Mo. Brandie was great and home was very clean and well equipped. Good time was had by all. Will use this location again.

We traveled from IN and KY for a family members wedding. The property met all our needs. It was extremely clean and comfy . It was close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. The neighborhood was great for quiet walks and views of the lake. The house boast spacious rooms artfully decorated with comfy beds. Everyone in our party slept great. Our toddler especially like the basket of toys after along drive. I would highly recommend.

Very nice location on a quiet street, close to shopping, many restaurants. Would recommend this location.
