It was like what was shown in the picture. It's clean and very comfortable and for my family of 6. There are a lot of shops on the way to the tube station and you can find halal food stores too which was very convenient for us.

Its pretty specious apartment that fit 6 comfortably. Fully equipped and clean. Close to the supermarket, bakery, food places and nice park across the street for jogging. The host was very responsive to my inquiries. Great communication.

It needs at least one full size mirror. The host requires deposit which its a hassle when you travel from abroad. US bank charges $80 for the wire. host made accommodation and accepted PayPal where I lost $25 in money conversion when I received the refund. Host refunds quickly after your departure.

Immaculately clean property in central location. Special mention to the Old Bank Pub just up the road which was the friendliest pub we visited in our week in London. 🤣This property is well equipped with great kitchen facilities; good washing machine and clothes dryer and comfortable beds. There is extra linen available provided you wash and dry it yourself . Super warm apartment- almost too warm. Previous reviews comment on common entrance area being dirty but we found it better than other properties in London. Good communication with owner and prompt return of bond.

There was a slight damp smell in the twin bedroom. Perhaps an extra chair in the lounge area and maybe some more serving platters - but these would just be added extras

the location of flat was great, close to tube, restaurants, shops! The property itself had great amount of space, the living room/kitchen was great and well stocked with everything you may need. would stay again!

The flat is well decorated and spacious.

The building that this flat is located in is dilapated. It appears to have permanently installed scaffolding, the stairways are filthy and in need of repair. Other residents smoke in the building and at times it can be smelled from the flat. The host was not helpful, has unrealistic demands (one bath towel per person for 4 days) and uses those demands to keep the extra deposit she collects outside of Booking.Com. She had the audacity to blame me for some plumbing issue that aparhently happened after I checked out. With the state of the building it is likely there are lots of potential maintance problems to blame on guests. The keys are to be picked up and returned to a location that is not nearby the flat.

Very nice flat in a quiet street with easy access to public transport. Clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a few nights in London. Host was easy to contact and able to sort out the few problems we did have quickly. Safe neighbourhood with Tower Bridge just a few blocks away! Shops nearby for groceries and plenty of bars and restaurants for eating out. Safety deposit returned promptly.

Updated info is needed in the flat brochure. An extra armchair would be nice.
