Cozy, well appointed home a stones throw from the Big House. Very comfortable with all the amenities of home. Every detail has been thought of. We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving weekend! Definitely, would stay again.

We were so lucky to find this gem of a house in Ann Arbor. Perfect to walk to game. So comfortable and well stocked with supplies. The house is beautiful and comfortable! What else could you ask for. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in town. The owner is responsive but we never had any issues to bother him with! We stayed here during parents weekend and it was perfect!

I stayed here with my niece who was checking out U of M's campus, and my family. It was the perfect location. We were easily able to get to campus for our tour, have a nice dinner on Main St, and get to the football game on Saturday. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall impression was quite favorable. Home was comfortable for 6 adults, location was very near a main street so it was easy to get anywhere in town.
Unfortunately a severe storm came through the area halfway through our stay and the power went out for 2 days. No lights, no refrigerator, no A/C (it was quite warm). We found some flashlights and the hot water heater was gas so we made do. A couple of us slept on the couch in the basement as it was much cooler there. Luckily we didn't park in the garage, as the electric door opener was the only access. Our family gathering was at a nearby park so the power outage didn't affect our plans too badly.
I can't say it was a totally comfortable stay but it wasn't the fault of the home or the host. We would book it again if we are in the area.

The overall experience was great! Justin and Danielle were always very accessible. They’re outstanding hosts, and have done a great job stocking the home with key necessities, and more. We flew in from NJ and stayed from Thursday through Saturday so we can visit University of Michigan. This was the perfect home, very close to UMich. The home is decorated nicely with a new kitchen, two comfortable living rooms: one on the main level, and one in their finished basement with nice size flatscreen TVs. Great stay! Highly recommend this house to all visiting Ann Arbor!

This place is nicely decorated & is just as the listing shows. Lots of little extras throughout & the owners have really taken care of this home. I communicated with Danielle and she responded very quickly when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great rental house that has everything you need for an excellent stay in Ann Arbor. Danielle has set up a clean, well decorated, incredibly well stocked house for guests. We liked it so much we rented it 2 times in a month. If you are visiting a UMich student or going to a game at the Big House the location is ideal. And we have rented a ton of vrbos over the years but have not found one as well stocked as this one, where the owner has anticipated what you might need and made sure it is provided. If the house is available for your dates, I recommend you save yourself time and stop searching and book it.

The property was everything we thought and more. We hosted some alumni friends and the area in the back yard was perfect! The next day it was a short 10 min walk to the stadium for the Michigan game. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ann Arbor.

Neighborhood stay
We found this home close to our own while kitchen repairs were done on our home. It was a perfect fit for our family. This would be an ideal location for a U of M football weekend. Clean home and helpful owner.

Crisp neat and clean!
Beautifully appointed and had all ammenities. Much care taken to make very homey - comfy couches too! Slight problem getting hot water in downstairs bathroom shower, wifi was spotty. But expertly manicured and freshly renovated.

We had a great time visiting Ann Arbor and the house was perfect! Clean and very well maintained, close distance to downtown, all the amenities were great, beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs area was very nice for watching a movie and hanging out. We would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit.

Perfect house for Dad’s weekend
While visiting my daughter at UM for a Dad’s weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great house. It was clean, great spaces to hang out, and stocked with coffee, snacks….My 15 year old son loved the basement and watching various basketball games during our downtown over the weekend. Couldn’t have asked for more! Easy and hassle free check in! Highly recommend!

perfect game-day house
We stayed at the house for Michigan parents weekend and were able to enjoy Ann Arbor and then walk to the football game on Saturday. The house is well situated, very clean, and communication was great. I would highly recommend this house!

Clean and comfortable
It was great for our needs and had nicely appointed spaces and was very clean and tidy. There were a few minor issues during the stay, but all resolved by the property managers quickly and positively. All in all, an excellent choice for the area.

Lovely Home
We absolutely loved our stay! Although there are currently no MI football games, this is the perfect spot for someone wanting to attend an event. Close to the freeways, yet in a quiet neighborhood, it is very convenient to downtown and other local towns.

College friend reunion weekend
This was a chance for 6 friends from college to get together, enjoy a basketball game, and a great time in Ann Arbor. Danielle was an excellent hostess - very quick to respond to any questions. The property was perfect. It slept all of us comfortably and there were plenty of places for us to gather together to talk and play games. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location
This location is not only perfectly located to enjoy the Ann Arbor area but also well located to be out of the hustle and bustle The house is charming and very comfortable to stay at with nice sized rooms and amenities. Well maintained! We spent our Christmas there while visiting family and it felt like home. Highly recommend you select this property when looking for an Ann Arbor rental. Property owner Danielle is very easy to Communicate with.

Wonderful home within walking distance of stadium
Great little house that's been updated. Three bedrooms upstairs and a big lounging area downstairs. Just wish the football game had a different outcome - ha! Go Blue!

This house was recently remodeled. It was perfect for my husband and I and 3 of our adult children. We were there for a graduation and found it convenient to everything (groceries, restaurants and UofM. We would definitely stay here again.
