It was a great location for our daughter’s dance competition and made it very simple to hop back and forth between the Center and the house!

My friend and I had a great and relaxing time catching up for a few days! Amber is so sweet and super easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this quiet and serene property in Allen if you visit or just want a staycation. There are TONS to do around the property, but the property makes it so you can stay and relax in, too.

Me and my friends stayed here for a day. We cooked delicious food and watched some TV, though the living room TV was bit old and kept glitching, we still had a blast! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was super nice and was willing to answer any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again!

This stay was perfect for our family. We came to the metroplex to visit our adult kids and wanted a central location where we could all gather. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the back yard was secure and lovely, allowing us to travel with our dogs. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. We were so close to shopping and dining! The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to get to everything we needed. We hope to stay here again the next time we come up to visit.

We came to North Dallas for a family reunion nearby. The location of the house was easy getting to and from our destinations in Fairview but a little noisy being right off Central Expressway. The house is listed as “sleeps 8” but there were only 3 double beds and the couch did not pull out. It was however a comfortable couch for lounging. The bathrooms were small and had a lot of spiders in them. We had our dogs with us and the house was very pet friendly and a good laundry room with a gate to leave the older dogs while we were away from the house. There is a major crack in the patio foundation out back that my dogs were very curious about but the covered patio provided a bit of shade for all. The beds were comfortable. Overall the house was fine for our short stay but I highly recommend treating the house for spiders and advertising it properly. With only 6 real sleeping options and very small bathrooms it would be tight for a family with 8 people.

Property was clean and the pictures were accurate. Its a nice place to stay and has lots of room in the main area which allowed us to stay and relax after a long day in Allen. :)

Pros - 1) We wanted a place to keep our 2 mid-size dogs and this was accommodating; this was a major factor and the place did not disappoint with a backyard and little things that made us appreciate the place for our four-legged friends. 2) We found the front area/kitchen was quite nice and it had everything we needed for the most part. 3) There were 3 bedrooms and I did not have any issues with the bed or sleep Cons – 1) Everything seemed to be going just fine till we found out that the door would not lock back with the given pin. Then the fun died and frustration started where we contacted many contacts and could not get a solution for about 2 hours. I won’t go into all the gory details but I will say that technology will let you down and we should all be prepared when it does with back up plans. A solution did come but it took nearly 2 hours. 2) The 2 baths in this place needs some much needed TLC (main bathtub was clogged bad, my son said the same toilet had a small leak, towel bar in other bath went flying when I pulled my towel out and that shower area is so dark if you close the curtain, you’re showering in the dark) 3) The front entertainment seemed nice at first look but the programs were ‘skipping’ every 10-15 seconds Other general observations –We received instructions around 8 am of things that needed to be done like putting trash out, running dishwasher and putting towels and running washer. A much earlier notice would be appreciated since we already had some

The house was really clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked helpful utensils. The bathrooms were great and clean. We loved the huge backyard with the patio seating, we sat out there and enjoyed a few drinks with the nice April weather.

Would definitely stay again, such a clean, nice place. Everything was there, just as needed. The location is so close to many places we visited. The host responded so quickly.

House was in perfect location and everything was great. Kitchen much larger than expected and enjoyed the back yard. Very clean and comfortable beds!! Will definitely be back.

Bigger space than anticipated. Beds where very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is located close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, etc which we enjoyed; nice large backyard; inside cleanliness needs some work, floor was sticky in some parts, seemed like there was a pet urine stain which had not been mopped in one area of the floor; two noticeable large clumps of sticky human hair (one under a kitchen counter, the other on top of the only paper towels in the kitchen), fridge and freezer were not clean; issues with guest bathroom flushing.

Great two-month stay while the construction of our permanent home was finishing. Hosts did an excellent job of communicating and responding to a few needs. The house and location were ideal.

The space and house were awesome. Shabbat was an amazing host and the host was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect place for our stay!
