The couch is old and very uncomfortable. The pillows and donna smell and need to be replaced. The car space is tight and only suitable to a small to medium sized car. The booking.com website should also state upfront the sheet, towel, toilet paper and kitchen and laundry detergent and garbage bin liner requirements prior to a booking having been made.

We loved the location.

The property is fairly dated. Heaters were very old and no aircon at all. Dishwasher was broken and beds were uncomfortable.

Right on the beach with amazing views, cool sea breeze & sound of waves crashing! Short shady walk to Little Beach as well, & to Shoal Bay shops. No traffic noises at all. Undercover parking. Outside tap & shower. Everything you could want in the apartment. Lovely decor. Loved everything at The Helm! Will definitely be back 😁

The location of The Helm is absolutely wonderful a short stroll to the beach, sea breeze reaches the unit and drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the waves.

The dishwasher is in need of new runners on the drawers. The lounge is quite uncomfortable.

Location!! Place was clean and plenty of plates.. cultery etc. Unit was spacious.

The Real Estate didnt communicate effectively regarding how to check in, how to get keys and from where to collect them. The code received from Booking.com was irrelevant. We were given another code only after we made a call to the RE after arriving to find we couldnt get in. The extra linen costs were not made clear on this web site. Linen was not delivered even after booking it and chatting with a staff member. A number of calls were made and the linen was delivered by a friendly staff member.
