We came to Denton for my sisters college graduation. The house is super close to downtown Denton and is definitely walkable (safe). I am a terrible sleeper when I travel, but I slept like a baby and so did my sisters. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. With all the close amazing restaurants in Denton, we didn’t miss that there wasn’t a full kitchen. The house is decorated beautifully with all the art. The owners gave perfect instructions to the house and we got settled in without issue. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We would definitely stay there again when visiting my sister in Denton.

We stayed one night while visiting family in Denton. The check in was quick and easy. The property was cute and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Denton, and this lovely home was the cherry on top! Great location, walking distance to town square, very spacious 2nd floor, and plenty of amenities that make for a pleasant stay. Will stay again next time we visit our Eagle 💚

The Bolivar Place was amazing. It was absolutely perfect for myself and my parents for the weekend. We were able to walk to the square and to multiple bars and restaurants. Cheryl decorates with her very own paintings and they are beautiful. I actually bought a couple and my brother bought one also. She is very talented and accommodating. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Denton after finding this gem!

Very clean property, extra towels, attention to detail. Beautiful wall art. Location perfect and easy to access the square. Quiet property. Things to note... It is the second floor of a house with a private entry. When you enter the front door, there is a hallway with other doors and then your space is up the stairs. The downstairs doors appear to be closed. However, once you have entered the house and walked up the stairs, there is no additional doors or locks (beyond bedroom doors and bathroom door). All rooms have fans, no private control of the a/c. Would recommend.

The location is walking distance to Dentons downtown square which has lots of fun activities and restaurants.

It was easy to get in. The rooms were cozy and comfortable.

Everything was great the only regret is we didn't have more time to spend at this wonderful location.

Adorable property in the heart of art community and close to downtown area. The owner has their beautiful artwork displayed, some of which are available to purchase. Oh, how I wish I could have afforded the nativity at the top of the stairs! Two bedrooms and a “common room” with TV, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and a daybed to sleep an additional person if needed. We brought fruit, yogurt, and muffins for breakfast, and ate other meals out, so we had no need of a full kitchen. The bedrooms were well-appointed and lovely. The only drawback, given the temps were over 100 this weekend, was the inability to adjust the air conditioning. My bedroom was a little warm at night, but an extra fan would have probably been enough to make it more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great layout, with plenty of room for you and your guest to separately retreat to. We loved the decor and the many beautiful paintings throughout! We loved staying here! I'm from Denton and was coming back for a weekend of girl time with my friends, we had 5 of us stay there and were very comfortable in the space. The beds are so comfortable and the bedrooms are very large, we all hung out in the shared space comfortably but if we were watching TV or something we would have felt cramped in there. The owner lives down stairs, we met her and she was nice and friendly, we didn't see her again and it wasn't an issue having them there. I will def. rent here again and I would feel safe renting here by myself and walking this area / neighborhood. We drove to the square but if you're up for it, it's close enough to walk to the market or downtown. I wouldn't walk to TWU or UNT campus, that would be a better drive.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, mostly comfortable, and mostly quiet. The space could be improved by replacing the futon couch with a more comfortable couch, and cleaning or replacing the shower curtain. The owners had a religious gathering one evening that was fairly noisy, and it was hard for us to get our car out once the driveway was filled with cars. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
