This house was perfect for our 11 member family Spartan Trifecta Obstacle Race getaway. The house is located close to stores & Ski Resort. The game room was a BIG hit with the grandkids. Nice outdoor furnished decks to enjoy the peacefulness & scenery. There were a few issues once we checked-in, but once the owners were contacted they fixed all the issues & also compensated us for our inconvenience. Keep in mind this is a 3 story house, you will get a workout climbing up & down the stairs. Overall I'll keep this house in mind for any future trips to the Big Bear area.

From the initial check in to the check out, our trip was perfect. I couldn’t thank the homeowner enough for their hospitality. They ensured that we had everything we needed, and even provided additional details for some questions we had. The property is located in a great, quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of activities to keep us and our kids busy throughout the day and the afternoon. I definitely recommend this rental for families looking to spend some quality time together!

The management was fast to replied and accommodate our 1 hr extended. But the property in needs of cleaning it’s my number 1 requirements when I’m renting. Cleanliness

Wow! Everything about this beautiful home blew us away! It was so clean, has so many amenities, is in a great location, and was so spacious. The layout is great because there is space between all of the rooms for privacy but they still feel close enough to not feel distant. There is plenty of room for kids or adults to spread out. There are so many fun games and so much seating. If you book and stay here you will be so thankful you did!!!

From the moment we got to Big Bear it was such an easy check in everything was sent to us days before on how to check in and all the information you would need for the home. We were even lucky to have an earlier check in. Our host communicated through text message which made it so much easier for us to get a hold of them. If I could choose any place to stay, this would be the home, it was super convenient and easy to find. We were right next to the mountain which was a huge bonus for us! The home was beautiful, clean and they had everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone 100% and whenever we have a larger group this would be somewhere we would love to stay again and again. Thank you so much.

We were a family of 6–three generations. The location was easily accessible to skiing, the lake, , and the village. The kitchen had all the things one could afk for, and the house in general is beautiful. We had a couple of minor issues, which were taken care of immediately.

The place was exactly as it was listed. It was absolutely beautiful and the location was close to the lifts. Communication with management was very easy. We needed to stay an extra day because there was a bad storm and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Our family of 4 + a teenage friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy, spacious, clean, delightful Big Bear Cabin! The upstairs game room was a huge hit for ALL of us! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen ready for cooking! There is even a jacuzzi for that extra touch of relaxation. Highly recommend this place!

What a beautiful home! We arrived for a retreat weekend!!! The home is beautiful and very cozy. Everything you need is there, big living room, deck, jacuzzi, spacious bedrooms, etc… The owners responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely return. Gorgeous golf course down the street and plenty of nature to look at from the front and rear decks. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great 4th of July weekend at the cabin! It is in a great, central location. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook for a group of 10. The game room was a huge hit with the teenagers (not to mention some of the more competitive dads). All of the beds were super comfortable. The patio spaces with the large open doors made for a very sociable atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our two families (10 adults) stayed 2 nights and had a fabulous time. We had a great time hanging out in the living room, game room, and patio with 3 heaters. The beds were all comfortable and 3 of the 4 rooms are spacious; the 4th is great for kids or singles. The owners were very attentive and helpful, had the spa heated for us when we showed up, and generously gave us early check in and late check out times. The kitchen is well prepared to cook large meals, and the bathrooms are updated and pretty nice - This is a great cabin!

House is great, 4 bedrooms, play area, good size kitchen and family room, and impressive balconies. Owners contacted us ahead of the stay and answered all of our questions. The city had a brief power outage, and they had candles and flashlights ready available for us, and sent us links to get updates from the city. We were given early checkin and late checkout, and had a great weekend. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are very spacious, the 4th had extra beds for kids/singles, and the kitchen had everything we needed - This is a great place.

The property was perfect for our group and there was no shortage of activities to keep us busy in the house. The deck makes for beautiful sunset views, the hot tub is perfect during the winter, and the upstairs game rooms provide for hours of entertainment. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Let me start by saying best place we have ever rented !!! We came with a few friends for our yearly reunion and we couldn’t have been more impressed ....the pictures don’t do this house justice!!! . Every area was cozy and felt so comfortable that we didn’t even have to leave to town except to get stuff to cook. Perfect for couples or families . It had 4 decks, 4 TV’s , the kitchen had everything you would need for entertainment. Impeccably cleaned. We thought it was Better than a 5 star hotel. We will come back next year.

Everything was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful & it has everything you need. The only issue was that there is a mix up on who to communicate, but Bryan Stret was very helpful.

The location of the house was nice because it is a short drive to the lake and the village. Unlike a lot of the houses in Big Bear, they really don't have a yard so if you want a place for the kids to play outside I'd find a different one. It was very hot in the house when we got there so we went to turn on the AC and waited for a while for it to kick in. It was blowing air but it was not cold. We also could not get one of the video games to work and the sand for the shuffle board table was missing. We called the first contact on the list so we could ask about all of these things. The guy who answered spoke very little English. He said his phone wasn't working then hung up on me. Someone else called back a few minutes later. This guy insisted that no house in all of Big Bear has AC, which is not true and AC is listed as one of the amenities. The house was extremely warm all weekend and most of the windows can't be left open because they're really just doors with no screens and you get a ton of bugs inside. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. He told me to scrape the sand from the side of the scuffle board table and sprinkle it on. There was not nearly enough sand to do that and we just wanted to make sure we didn't mess up the table. He was very short and rude and unhelpful. The conversation ended with, "call me if you have MAINTENANCE ISSUES!" Last time I checked, AC not working is a maintenance issue. He told me I had to contact the owner but then refused to give me the phone number. I seriously think they should find someone to replace him because that one conversation with him put a bad taste in our mouths for the weekend. The owner did end up calling me and was very nice and calm. He told me to try something with the AC and the video game that didn't work but neither of those suggestions were successful. At least he was calm and professional unlike the other guy The hot tub was filthy and never got past 94 degrees after 3 nights. We turned it up as soon as we got there. We were unable to use it the entire time. There were also a few large shards of broken glass on the deck in the back. It was nice to have the game room to use and the rollaway beds. The front deck was nice to sit on and large enough for many people. The beds were all pretty uncomfortable. I didn't even bother calling back about the stuff not working because I knew it was pointless and would get me no where. We had high hopes for the house but ended up feeling let down

Very clean and well maintained property. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are all nicely updated. The play room is a wonderful bonus. If stair climbing is an issue for you then I recommend another house as there is an extra set of stairs to settle into this house.

Everything was great! We would definitely recommend this cabin.

We had a lovely time visiting Big Bear in the wintertime. This house was close to the slopes and had plenty of room for our large family. The maintenance people were available quickly when we needed them and were polite and helpful. The owners answered all questions very quickly and were so nice to work with.

Overall a very nice property. Loved the game room.

We loved our stay so much! This cabin is clean, modern, homey and it had everything that we were looking for in a cabin. We enjoyed nice soaks in the jacuzzi and games of pool. Such a great place for our girls weekend ♥️

Recently stayed with 3 families. From the kids room, to the jacuzzi, to the responsiveness of service, everything was excellent. Will recommend and stay again

The house is well equipped and in great condition. It is very clean. We enjoyed the pool table. We had one minor maintenance issue, but the owners took care of it immediately — on a Sunday morning! The owners were really fantastic and answered all of our questions. The description is very accurate of the home but pay attention to the stairs. You enter on the bottom floor mud room, climb one set of stairs to the laundry/utility area, then another set of stairs to the 2 bedrooms, LR, and Kitchen. The two additional bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for me, but it was a little slow going with my older parents who were visiting with us. There is a lot to do in Big Bear and we enjoyed the scenery, shops, and Alpine Slide in Big Bear. The house is at the bend of a small but busy road that seems like one of the main ways to Big Bear ski resort (very close).

The house was spacious and clean! Great location close to the grocery stores, the Lake and Village! The kitchen was well equipped we were able to cook all meals and even made use of the BBQ. It would have been nice if the French doors that lead to the balconies had screen doors so they can be left open at night to cool off the house at night during the summer since it gets quite warm during the day. The pool table, arcade and games available were great for entertainment.

Great stay with no issues.

Just got back from a wonderful birthday weekend with close family and friends. This cabin is a great place to stay and had everything we needed. We had 13 guests stay and it didn’t feel cramped at all (sometimes cabins say it sleeps 13 but it’s limited room). It was super close to bear mountain and we were able to walk so we didn’t have to worry about parking. We loved having a pool table in the house and Pac-Man to entertain the kids while the adults cooked. I think my favorite part of the house was the patio which had a fire pit too. We were lucky enough to stay when it snowed and it was so fun sitting out there and just watching the snow come down. The owners are also very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions you might have. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Beautiful house, was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. Ages from 1 to 53, and we all had a great time. Highly recommend staying here!

This cabin was great! Bedrooms were comfy, kitchen was great, and the amenities kept everyone entertained. PLUS the huge deck was awesome for lounging after a long day by the lake. Everything was easy and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Would not hesitate to book again!

We had 6 people stay in the cabin and it was a perfect size but anymore people and there wouldn't be enough comfortable seating inside or out on the patio. We had a problem in 2 areas inside with ants but otherwise it was fine. Carpets and furniture need cleaning and while I really like the style of house it is right on a busy road and there really is no view to look at. Right house, wrong location for us but that's not the fault of the house. The rental process was easy and the property manager was very quick at gettting back to us to answer questions.
