it suits people to travel near terminal 3, walking distance. lot thing to do around the area, its kind of full package. you buy and cook inside room. refrigerator are always available so you can stock all good and cooking stuff for preservation.

What I hate most was that it's deceiving. They changed our room from which I actually booked without all the facilities listed, including shampoo, towels, etc.. the described beds were not the same and when I contacted the host, it didn't respond anymore,, I'm looking for the value of my money. It isn't fair that they will give us different room to what I actually booked. Disgusted to the max.. I wish booking.com can do something about this as it's nit fair to us.

It was a comfortable place in a convenient location.

One reason I booked this place was because it was listed as having an airport shuttle. Later I found out it didn't so we waited in line for a taxi for one hour. When we arrived, the "hotel" had no knowledge of our booking and we were sent from building to building for almost an hour while they checked our booking. Also, I had booked a room with a bed for our son and there were no blankets or sheets for his bed. We realised on arrival that this is not a hotel at all but a condo building with no information from reception and the owner of the condo nowhere to be found. A clean and comfortable place but not the most user-friendly option.

There are cockroaches in the kitchen sink and cupboards, also in the headboard. There was no bathroom mat, so it ended up making the other part of the apartment wet if you shower or wash. Poor communication from the host.

The only reason we booked this room was to get closer to the airport and take advantage of the free shuttle bus. If you have similar desires, DON’T BOOK HERE! There is no shuttle and the staff were unhelpful and useless. Their solution was that we lug all our gear and baby over the airport footbridge (which was to the wrong terminal) 😤. The room was incredibly dirty, I could immediately see hair, crumbs, suds still in the washing machine, cockroach droppings in the cupboard, a used dish sponge with hair on it, and then a cockroach, all within 5mins of entering! 🤢 The toilet wasn’t sealed to the floor, so was leaking. If we weren’t desperate and completely exhausted with our sick baby then we would’ve tried going elsewhere, but rest assured we will never return nor recommend this dump.

nice and comfortable, accessible to all restaurants, and convenient store, area is safe and have tight security , people are very nice and respectful, i got the place in promo so i got a good deal😄

no hot water in the shower however it wasn’t really a big of a deal since the weather is hot, there’s a little foul smell when you enter the room but as soon as the Aircondition in the is on the smells goes away.

Location / proximity to Newport World Resorts is good

False advertising. We were told: Early check in between 8am-9am would be possible (later advised on arrival room wouldn’t be ready until 9.30-10am) Website mentioned and photographed a pool (main reason we selected this place) but it is NEVER operating on Monday (day of our booking) There is no on site restaurant either. Website mentions a free shuttle to hotel (this is a lie - there is no shuttle). Room booked was at One Palm Tree Hotel, room received was at Two Palm Tree Hotel. All in all, lots of promises were in fact falsehoods.
