Casa Gordon is an old world Mexican Villa with all the charm and elegance you can imagine. We brought our adult children and grandchildren and created one of our best family memories ever. The staff was incredibly attentive and we were impressed at every meal how they catered to us. I’ve never experienced that level of service. Patricia is wonderful to work with and Chris set up jet skiis, parasailing, and massage right at the house. Aldora Divers was also able to pick us up in their dive boat right from the beach. If you want a vacation that is right out of a novel Casa Gordon is the one.

This villa was Perfect for a Family trip of 12. Let’s start with Chef Luis and his crew. OUTSTANDING!! Every meal had homemade items from bread, tortillas, fruits, pies, cakes, guacamole, and many more. Having the clean amazing pool right outside the patio kept all of us busy, especially the kids. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The manager answered all our questions and taxi service was available for our 2 nights out, of which we experienced great food as well. We totally enjoyed the centerpieces that they made for our dining room dinners. We could not have been more please. It was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you all!!

Our family had the most amazing vacation at Casa Gordon. The property is gorgeous and well maintained, with a very secluded feel for complete relaxation. The house has a beautiful grand living room and ample large gathering spaces for games, dining, watching movies or just sitting outside enjoying the gorgeous ocean view. There it is also the option for privacy, with every bedroom having a private terrace and bathroom. The pool was great and thoroughly enjoyed by our entire party. The ocean water was gorgeous and we were able to go kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling whenever the mood struck. Water shoes are a must with the beach having a fair amount of rocks and shells. While the setting was perfect and exactly as shown in the pictures, what made this experience exceptional was the staff at the house. Chris, the manager checked in with us daily to ensure everything was going well. She also arranged for rental cars to be delivered to the house and offered to help with any other tours or questions we had. The chef service is an absolute must and an unexpected highlight of the trip. Not having to plan meals, shop, cook or even arrange reservations for a large party made every meal a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Not only was the food outstanding for every single meal, but the top notch service made each meal feel like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant. The entire staff was so kind, learned the names of the children and their preferences and did bartending for our entire group (margaritas, virgin strawberry daquiris, etc.) for the evening meals. As soon as we returned home, I wanted to start planning our next trip to Casa Gordon!

An amazing property down a dirt driveway and sitting on a secluded beach. Far enough outside of town to be away from the cruise ships and their passengers. The house is stunning and the staff is very attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Luis was accommodating of our pickier eaters and also prepared amazing ceviche from the fish we caught. Once you’re there you won’t want to leave. We are already planning our next stay at Casa Gordon.

My family and I (16 people in total, ranging from 3-74yrs), had the most amazing time at Casa Gordon. The house, Chris (the house manager), Chef Luis and Martin, as well as every other staff member, provided unparalleled service. It was beautiful, clean, delicious, luxurious, and comfortable. All 16 of us LOVED our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had 7 couples stay and had plenty of room to explore together and separate. The house was perfect and the staff was amazing. We can’t brag enough about the food!! Can’t wait to return.

This place and staff are absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, presentation was stunning and the delivery was always timely.

The property was great and the staff amazing. I can’t say enough about the food. Every meal was fantastic. The chef even Made handmade buns for the burgers and shredded coconut from our tree to make the shrimp. The beach is beautiful and there are lots of kayaks and paddle boards to use. We had wave runners delivered one day and a dive boat picked us up from the beach on another. Bring lots of cash since none of the activities take credit cards. The only thing that I would change is that they should provide shampoo in the showers. We had to go out and buy a bunch of tiny bottles since not everyone brought their own. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation. We paid a little extra and hired Jimmy the bartender to come for happy hour every night. Well worth it.

From the moment we arrived we bonded with them, especially Chef Luis and Martin who cut no single corner on serving our needs. The food too was not only amazing but so clean and healthy which was exactly what we wanted for our healthy active lifestyle. The grounds are immaculately manicured, and the house was perfect in every way. The beach is huge and sandy with a volleyball net which provided much entertainment. The rooms are clean and well furnished with furnishings in good working order. My personal preference would be for more luxurious beddings than was offered but they were definitely adequate. The house and grounds are so private at the end of the island down a private drive. We were there with our adult children and our 8 year old daughter (9 of us total) and we really enjoyed the gathering spaces as well as opportunity for our own privacy with the layout of the house. The house manager Chris can set up any excursion you want from snorkel trips to scuba or parasailing and even private transfer back to the airport. I think the biggest compliment I can offer is, "would I stay elsewhere?" No way..... I might find an equally beautiful home but could never find another home with equivalent amenities AND a staff as amazing as Casa Gordon's. This vacation rental does not disappoint.

We LOVED our week at Casa Gordon. The staff was phenomenal, and the house/grounds were simply stunning. We could not get over how good the food was every day, and we were catered to, so amazingly. When we got back from diving, Santiago was always ready with an ice cold beer, and the carved animal figurines at dinner were always a hit. The house provided a perfect backdrop/stage for our wedding, and it felt we were getting married at a home and not merely a place. We will be going back!!!

This place was amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice! We had 14 people on this family vacation of which 7 were teenagers and no one was ever bored... The entire staff of Chris, Chef Luis, Martin and Santiago were fantastic. We are ready to book next years trip to Casa Gordon!!

There's a reason all of the review are 5 stars! Its unfortunate that only 1 or 2 guests out of a group of 20 actually take the time to share their experience. I vacationed with fellow reviewer eeka32 and commend her on a GREAT vacation find!

Family vacation of 18 with grandparents and 7 kids. The property and staff were better than we could have dreamed! The house manager Chris was available every day to answer questions and make arrangements (taxi service, wave runner delivery, drink orders, etc.). The staff was incredible. The food, service, and cleanliness of the home was outstanding. Dressel divers out of the Iberostar resort is a 5 min walk (or they will pick up/drop off) and they offer fantastic diving & snorkeling. Sincerely hope to come back soon!

Our family rented this house with 2 other families. There were 20 people total in our party. It was an amazing experience! I cannot say enough about the staff, home and location. I would highly recommend using the staff for all the meals, as we did. Diving is of course amazing and we were picked up right on our beach. There is also a nice reef that can be kayaked out to from the home. The kayaks and paddle boards really add to the enjoyment of the home. I was worried about sharing a house with other families but because of the size and layout there was tons of privacy when you wanted it.

This villa was absolutely amazing! We traveled with friends, a group of 3 families (8 adults, 12 kids= 20 people). Some of the highlights were the privacy, amenities, and outdoor spaces. It's 25 minutes from downtown, so people walk by on the beach occasionally, but it's really secluded. The covered deck where meals were served was breezy, shaded and spacious with plenty of seating. The pool was cleaned daily, and whole pool area had comfortable loungers and shaded cabana and hammocks as well. Also, liked the beachfront loungers on the sand and volleyball net/court. Large indoor space for playing games and cooling off, and in case of weather. We only ate indoors once during the whole trip! The staff is really what took this vacation to the next level, though! They exceeded our expectations with prompt, delicious meals and cool centerpieces. Warm thanks to Luis, Martin, Santiago, Tony and crew! They were awesome with our kids, endlessly patient & learned all their names, even making them virgin pina coladas (huge hit! :). Rooms were well-cleaned daily, laundry service available too. Chris was extremely helpful with reservations for dinner and information about local activities while there. Patricia was precise, friendly and quick to respond as we planned in advance. We ran every morning along the convenient, paved, island bike paths, scuba diving was easy and convenient as they picked up in front of the house (we waded out, Dive with Martin was fantastic!). We rented cars to access downtown Cozumel, etc. We especially loved the sea kayaks and paddle boards at the villa. One thing to know in advance is that only 1 bedroom, the master has a full ocean view. With 4 couples, 3 were kind enough to take the pool view (had a partial ocean view) and garden views. Of course, spending so much time near the pool and ocean makes that less critical! All in all, this was perfect for large groups! Their website is accurate and has tons more info. No reservations about recommending this property!

Our extended family of 18 just returned from our fourth trip to Casa Gordon – an absolutely wonderful place! We love returning to the beautiful house and grounds located on quiet Palancar Beach, complete with a staff that sincerely enjoys making the week-long vacation as relaxing and memorable as possible. Chef Luis, Martin and Santiago are a fantastic team who prepare and serve up the best cuisine the island has to offer – all in the convenience of the nicest house on the island.

We had such an amazing time at Casa Gordon! My entire Family (17 of us!) were treated with such respect. The home, beach, staff and especially Chef Luis' meals were incredible. We would HIGHLY recommend Casa Gordon to anyone looking to get away and be royally cared for.

Casa Gordon is on a beautiful beach on Cozumel. The house and pool are great. The house is huge. It is about 25 minutes out of town. The staff took care of our every need. The food was amazing. If your looking for a totally relaxing retreat Casa Gordon is for you.

Family of 17 loved it!!! I also would recommend it for 7 couples! Chef Luis is a wonderful chef. All the staff are precious!
