Lovely little place, just as described and it was immaculate! Very quiet neighborhood and only a very short walk (one block) to the beach, so convenient to be able to see the sunrise each morning and enjoy the sun and the water, beautiful and relaxing area

My wife and I booked this stay for a family event in Florida. The listing before purchase stated that it would sleep 4 people and had two queen sized beds. 1 queen sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized bed in the living space via pull out couch. Come to find out, the couch is a regular couch that does not pull out. Couch sleeps one comfortably though. What was not mentioned in the listing at all (until after our stay) it is my strong belief that it was edited in after my complaint that there was a queen sized blow up mattress in the bedroom closet… that is an unacceptable step down from a pull out couch.
My wife and I booked this location hoping to allow my in laws to stay with us for 1 night. Again the listing was misleading, or edited in post to say that guest were allowed and then to say guests are only allowed with a significant up-charge in price. That did not sit well for me at all. Needless to say they couldn’t stay anyway since there was no where for them to sleep.
All in all, this condo was sufficient for 2, but for the price point and for what we thought we got it for, it very much disappointed. Read, re-read and always screenshot listings prior to purchase.

Unit was very clean and location was great, just a block from the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler, beach toys for kids were all available to use. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside so it wasn't a big deal. Great little place to spend a week.

Nice location, we walked down to the beach to watch the sunrise every morning. Walking distance to food and shopping. A bit of a walk to the pier, but the pier is overrated in my opinion.

Andre and Anna were absolutely terrific hosts! The condo was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was a very short 2 minute walk away.

Our unit was adorable and bright. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Our host and hostess were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need including welcoming coffee, tea and a few condiments. The bed was super comfortable with all the linens and towels supplied. We were walking distance to a gorgeous beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the shared outdoor patio and loved going for evening walks to Cocoa Beach Pier and watching the cruise ships sail by in the evening. We loved our stay and will definitely return next time we come to Cocoa Beach.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend. This was the perfect condo and the perfect location. We were very please. host was very responsive and accommodating when I asked to have a later check out! We will definitely stay again.

We wanted a place with some comfort that may allow us to watch a launch. Lots of nice touches in the property with a great many “extras” left by previous visitors. A very short walk to the fabulous beach which allowed a great view of a launch. Owners were great at communicating. Sensibly priced. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was as advertised and very clean. Being one block from the beach was very convenient, and I appreciated the sidewalk that ran north of the complex, as I was able to walk safely in the morning and not be in the road. Publix and Papa Vito's Italian Restaurant were nearby. Andre stopped by to help with the TV, which was not working correctly, but it was a quick fix. I do have two recommendations, though - better pillows (fluffier) and a floor fan for the warm nights.

Sweet Beach Condo
The pictures and description were 100% accurate. Very clean and cute beach vibe. Safe little neighborhood tucked away from hoards of tourists and car noise- yet close to amenities ( 5 minutes by car). Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 adults. A small child or 2 could sleep on the pullout couch? I would recommend bringing a few extra bath towels if you stay for a week like we did.

Andre and Ana were awesome the only hiccup we had was he forgot to put the code in our email for the door but soon as I called him he called me back and give it to me and send it again in a text and an email Ana came to see us twice and she was the most wonderful person we ever met. This was a beautiful and clean apartment in a great area located in the heart of Cocoa Beach! Check in and check out went smoothly with no issues. Walking distance to the pier and multiple local restaurants. And the beach was a short 2 min walk as well. We loved our time spent here.

Home Away From Home, Yet Beach Side!
We loved our stay here. It was private, clean and had all the amenities and then some. We loved walking everyday to the Pier or beach, which was minutes away. Loved every minute there. Comfy bed, very clean and felt so good coming back to this condo every late afternoon after beaching it.

Good Get Away
Overall, the condo itself is well maintained. There were just a few things that would have made our stay better. Have on hand extra pump hand soap. The pump in the bathroom and kitchen ran out of soap. Also, a suggestion is to have instructions for running the t.v. in the bedroom. It should be as simple as turning the power on but all we got was a fuzzy picture.. When we were leaving we were instructed to start the dishwasher. We tried to do that, but could not get it to start.

Wonderful location
The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO posting. There was plenty of space for the two of us in this one bedroom condo. The beautiful new floors are a breeze to sweep-up and keep clean. This is Florida be the beach and as much as you try to keep it out, sand is everywhere. There was a glitch in the air conditioner and Andre, the owner, responded super quick to have it repaired. The best I can say is that I want to return.
The exterior of the property in general could use a cleaning and some fresh paint. There is a good sized lawn around the building shaded by lovely shrubs and trees. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach itself is one of the best we have ever visited. There was no commercial pressure on the beach and plenty of wide open space to pitch our parasol and chairs.
The waves are just perfect for playing in the water no matter how old or young. There is a whole bag of beach toys in the condo for building sand castles. I definitely want to go back to Cocoa Beach. You don't really need a car at this location. There are stores within a 10 minute walk. So yes! The Condo and location get my very best review.

This condo in a quiet neighborhood is conveniently situated for relaxing on the beach, shopping and/or sightseeing. It is clean and updated, with pleasing decor. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and baking utensils which was a plus as we enjoy preparing our own meals.
Anna and Andre are friendly and considerate hosts. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
