Sehr schöne zentrale Lage in Levanto. Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Kommunikation,wunderschöne Gegend. Leider aufgrund der zentralen Lage abends und nachts etwas laut.

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sie begrüßte und nahe bei der Wohnung und kümmerte sich um die Unterbringung des Autos. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit optimaler Ausstattung mitten im Zentrum. Für uns eine prima Lage, um jederzeit spontan auf Erkundungstour zu gehen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Die Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern aussieht, mit hohen Decken und sichtbaren Balken. Alles war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist sehr nah und die Umgebung für Kinder optimal.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. In ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand oder aber in einem der vielen Restaurants in dieser Gegend. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es abends in der Hochsaison natürlich etwas lauter und für geräuschempfindliche Menschen eher nicht geeignet. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört und wir haben die zentrale Lage sehr genossen. Von Levanto aus kann man zudem wunderbare Ausflüge per Wanderung, Fahrrad oder auch per Zug unternehmen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen, wenige Meter bis zum Strand, direkt in der Altstadt, super Ausstattung, netter Kontakt, sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden sofort wiederkommen, vielen Dank und Grüße aus Dortmund

Wir waren 10 Tage im September in der super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung und haben es sehr genossen. Küche, Wohnmöbel, Bad sind in schönen Materialien und guter Qualität ausgewählt. Die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern sorgen für mückenfreie Räume. Der nette Empfang, die guten Tipps zu Kulinarik, Einkauf und Kultur haben uns einen guten Einstieg in Levanto beschert. Auch die Hilfbereitschaft der Gastgeberin hat uns enorm geholfen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss die verschiedenen Strände. Die Läden in der Altstadt, sowie die Gastronomie ebenso. Somit muss man das Auto im Urlaub nicht bewegen, da auch Wanderwege und Bahnhof zu Fuss gut zu erreichen sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement très bien conçu et propre. L'emplacement est idéal avec des enfants, face au parc et à côté se tous les commerces. La plage est à 150m. Ville balnéaire aux portes des 5 terres. Ursula est une hote très sympathique et de bonbons conseils. Par contre il est noté parking dans les équipements mais il faut réserver la.place auprès d'ursula (coût 20€ l semaine ).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Levanto, in dem wir wandernd die Gegend erkundet haben und im Meer baden konnten. Sehr postiv fand ich, dass die Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Sogar Infomaterial über die Umgebung ist vorhanden.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere, sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung - kombiniert aus alt und neu. Großzügiger Wohnraum und großzügiges Schlafzimmer. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank - alles sehr neuwertig ! So viel Geschirr hatten wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung - es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden ! Was für Ruhesuchende zu beachten ist: Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Leben. Direkt gegenüber ist ein großer Spielplatz wo sich am Tage und auch Abends jung und alt treffen. Nebenan Bäcker, Pizzeria, Weinlokal, Eisdiele und Supermarkt. Wen das nicht stört - der ist hier 100% richtig. Am Tage ist man ja sowieso wandern oder am Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin - unkomplizierter Empfang. Das Auto konnten wir in einer Tiefgarage unterstellen ( gegen Gebühr - aber zu empfehlen ! ) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen !

The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking in (except struggled for a pizza cutter!!!) and in so many ways could not be faulted. A nod to the idea of mesh on most windows by the way Ursula, great plan to let air in without the flying, bitey things coming too!!! Location was very central... bear in mind there is a park cum play area opposite and Italians do stay up late but not to any serious detriment. Do try the Little Cinque Terre rather than the main one if you want the same scenary (in some cases better) without the crowds and guided tours.. Use the trains - if you are English - it is on a different level!!! and enjoy. Restaurants are all pretty good. All in all a great place to stay and heartily recommended. Well done to our host and would certainly come back again without hesitation..... and we rarely say that!!!

Very nice, modern apartment in the heart of town. Just steps from many excellent places to eat and the beach is just across the very active city park. We loved staying in Levanto and visiting the towns of the Cinque Terre from there. It is a short train ride away and much quieter to stay in Levanto. I would come back here again.

Magnifique séjour à Levanto! L'appartement est idéalement situé face à un jardin d'enfants et à 50 mètres de la plage (grande plage de sable). A proximité bars, restaurants, supermarché, boulangerie...tout ce qu'il faut! Seul inconvénient : un peu bruyant pour les personnes ayant le sommeil léger... mais on ne peut pas tout avoir!! L'appartement est exactement tel qu'il est présenté, confortable et avec tout le matériel nécessaire. La propriétaire est charmante et attentive à votre bien-être. La région est splendide! Louer sur la commune de Levanto n'est pas un inconvénient pour visiter les Cinque Terre, au contraire. Contrairement aux villages des Cinque Terre, vous disposez à Levanto de tout le nécessaire pour faire des courses et vous distraire en fin de journée.Vous pouvez partir de Levanto en train (c'est très simple de prendre le train) ou bien sûr à pied et rejoindre le village de Monterosso puis les autres villages. Tous les villages sont accessibles à pied et en train. Les villages sont magnifiques, authentiques et les italiens sont charmants. Notre séjour a eu lieu en Mai 2017. Déjà beaucoup de touristes mais acceptable. Si nous devions revenir à Levanto, aucun doute que nous procéderions de nouveau à la location de ce logement!

Liebe Frau Nicora, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Wohnung. Wir werden Sie gerne weiter empfehlen. Es war uns sehr angenehm, dass wir die Wohnung bereits vormittags beziehen durften, da es keine Vormieter gab. Unsere Kinder, 2 und 8 Jahre, haben sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist so groß, dass jeder eine Ecke zum Spielen oder Lesen gefunden hatte. Die Kinder freuten sich über die Nähe zum Meer, zum Spielplatz, zur Eisdiele... Fahrräder und Kinderwagen konnten wir bequem im Keller einstellen. Alle elektrischen Geräte, vor allem die Waschmaschine, sowie WLAN haben bestens funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Wege zum Einkaufen waren kurz. Es sind sämtliche Geschäfte vorhanden und das Auto konnte immer stehen bleiben. So blieb auch uns Eltern viel Zeit zum Entspannen. Levanto ist für uns immer wieder eine Stadt mit Flair und Herz. Wir haben die Zeit beim Wandern und am Meer, wie in der Beschreibung genannt, sehr genossen. Besonders toll fanden wir den Familienradweg durch den still gelegten Eisenbahntunnel. We are Canadian travellers who spent a week in Ulla's apartment as part of our six week travels throughout Italy and Spain. This apartment exceeded our expectations in so many ways but most important was the caring and thoughtful treatment that we received from Ulla. Not only did she spend time with us in the town pointing out shops and restaurants and bike rental locations she was extremely helpful with suggesting train travel from Milan for our friend who was arriving from Canada. The apartment had everything needed for making ones stay most comfortable and was certainly spotless and tidy. Watching the daily hustle and bustle of the town's people in the square and park outside our window provided us with many enjoyable evenings all while sipping some fine Italian wine. We enjoyed our bike ride and walks along the ocean bike trail to Bonassola (a good spot for a cappuccino). Hiking from Levanto to Monterosso is spectacular and you can continue on to Vernazza if you wish. A hiking trail from behind the hospital also leads to beautiful scenery and a less busy trail. This is definitely the place to stay as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre towns which can be overly busy with tourists. We hope to return to Levanto and stay at Ulla's apartment in the near future. We have also recommended this location to friends interested in travelling to this area.

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung einen schöne Urlaub verlebt! Sie liegt sehr zentral und damit auch mitten im Leben. Das bedeutet automatisch auch, dass man natürlich das Leben draußen auch hören kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in allernächster Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir z.B. zum Kochen benötigt. Das Auto haben wir in der ganzen Zeit kein einziges Mal genutzt, es ist nicht nötig mit einem eigene Auto anzureisen, die Zugverbindungen sind engmaschig, der Bahnhof liegt nicht weit von der Wohnung. Mit der Vermieterin Frau Nicora hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte genau wie per Mail vereinbart, die Abreise war wieder genauso reibungslos. Wir haben bei der Anreise viele gute Wandertipps erhalten. Vielen Dank noch einmal!

Our week in this comfortable apartment with all tourist requirements was a highlight in our 5 week tour of France and Italy. We had excellent communication with the owner Ulla who met us at the train station on arrival. Her attention to all details and friendly greeting was very special..She made recommendations for shopping ,restaurants and excursions.The apartment was immaculate and very well presented... We could not fault it ... It would be so easy to plan a return visit as Levanto is a relaxing place with easy access to the Cinque Terre...Portovenere proved a great excursion from Monterosso by boat. Genoa by train is manageable and using the hop on hop off bus is vital in such a big busy city. Levanto ...far exceeded our expectations .thanks to Ulla for making us so welcome.
