The owners Deb and Gary were very accommodating in letting us have an earlier chick in time and late check out.

We have stayed at this holiday home a number of times now because it’s a great family home in a perfect location. We can relax and enjoy the lovely features of the home, including a new fire which we used. Some lovely walking tracks close by and so close to the pools - everything you need to relax and wind down in Hanmer.

We were a family of 2 wee families with babies , Grandad , GIGi and an Uncle. The bed configuration worked perfectly for us. The fire was lovely on the colder nights and the house was very warm. Beds were comfy and duvets were good quality. Great to have washer and dryer and also dishwasher when away with little people. The big people loved the good quality coffee machine ( plus great coffee provided) . Kitchen was well equipped. Easy walking distance to town, biking and walking tracks and fairy trail. Excellent communication with Deb and Garry. Loved this house for our fam, worked perfectly.

From the second we booked, until our last day of staying in this beautiful home, we felt so welcome and comfortable.
The house is in the perfect location for everything; restaurants, hot pools, town centre etc. It is fully equipped for a large family or couples, and it makes you feel like you've moved straight into your own home.
Love love loved the fire place...it made our stay so comfortable.

Good central and quiet location
Enjoyed our stay, nice and warm, pity about the missing cot, fortunately we had our own. Didn’t need to use the car whilst there as in walking distance to most restaurants and shops, including the springs.

Unfortunately BBQ failed to ignite on the second day. Really needs an overhaul.
Shower head leaking, ensuite handbasin plug leaks and pipe below kitchen sink hanging off. Just thought you should know
