location was good

breakfast was not good

it’s a beautiful hotel with traditional ambience. i think no other people stays there except for us. room was spacious, but a lot of mosquitoes but they prepared a net in the room. the breakfast was served directly not a buffet breakfast. there’s a common area on the rooftop to chill. the service was good but i hope it’ll be faster

The value for money at this location is terrific. Beautiful and peaceful rooms.

Room design, location and hygen was good. Fares are cool for the spot. I had a problem with AC they solved it.

Front desk should not be this much empty during the day. Exchange rates in hotel was so low. Breakfast is simply not enough, we tried once but wasnt good, only fresh fruits would be even better than this breakfast.

A lovely looking French style colonial building, large room and good amenities. The breakfast was exceptional and varied every day - also the guy serving was always so smiley and helpful. Perfect location minutes from Mirissa beach and nice restaurants to eat at.

- many times electricity cut and no power back up - staff not good responding - only 2 staff for the whole hotel - provided only complimentary bottles for just 1st day from 3 days of my stay - breakfast for vegetarian was only bread (no toast bcoz no electricity) and butter and jam - no fresh towels

Bathroom needs help There is a terrible sewage/drain smell No hot water at times. Had my first cold shower in years and it was not pleasant Strange breakfast

I like almost all: location, price, room comfortability, shower, staff attitude.

There was a damp smell in the room, but it goes away after a while. And do not expect a lot from breakfasts, but scramble was really good. The air conditioner is opposite to the bed so it took a while to set up it for sleep. Overall I can’t say that it was major issues.

Loved the decor of my room. It was big and it had a balcony as well which had a nice view. Besides, I loved the staff & the owner as well. The owner was very helpful and helped me plan my tour plan. I loved my stay so much that I had to extend my stay as well.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! Nice architecture! Very quiet and far enough from the noisy main street.

Have cash The breakfast experience was very disappointing We were given mill rice and onion curry and wasnt Even given cutter's or water or even ask for coffe. I ask for a curry some sort of gravy. It was so dry. The roti was given with sambol. But when the tourists came they were provided all proper service and ask the right questions. We had to get up and leave. Anyway we were promised we will get a great authentic breakfast No credit card machines, I didnt have enough money on hand so had to give all what I had as i DIDN'T have time to go to banks. Need to improve facilities when tourists come.

Amazing friendly staff trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Really nice concrete style rooms, well air conditioned and having everything you need for shorter and longer stay. Very safe if you travel alone.

The rooms are sometimes a bit noisy. You can hear what's going on outside.

Nice little hotel with large rooms with a mini fridge and a balcony. Stay here if you're visiting Mirissa!

The place is amazing!! The territory is nice and clean, there is a rooftop terrace where I practice yoga every morning and it was perfect! The room is big with comfy bed, AC, refrigerator, kettle, hot water in the shower, everything you need + balcony! They also serve yammy breakfast :) The staff is nice and helpful, and they provide clean services on demand.

2 last days of our staying it was a power outage, first day for 7-8 hours and next day for another 4 hours. It was heartbreaking since we've been working and could not charge our laptops for quite a some time :(

Breakfast Soup

There are nice and spacious rooms with a minibar. Friendly staff who assisted us with our queries and arranged scooter hire for us. The breakfast was also good. It is located close to the main road with all shops and restaurants. Beach is a bit further, approx 10-15 min walk Sadly we stayed during a pandemic and most of the places were shut down. The staff allowed us late checkout due to the low occupancy of the property. We would definitely stay again, it is good value for the money.

The wifi barely works in the rooms, but when it does it's quite stable and quick.
