It's a great apartment. Very comfortable and well located! I definitely recommend.

I had some difficulties at first to contact the owner and get information about the check in, but then everything was solved.

clean，great location, really close to all attractions in Milan, we paid for 2 person but one of our friend joined us half way and we asked how much will it be to add additional guest, they lady was like there’s a sofa bed in there already so don’t worry about paying extra, very friendly staff

the place is clean, spacious.

it is situated in the city center, along the road that’s why it is very loud. Can’t sleep well at night.

- the location was really good, 10 min to Duomo - downstairs are two coffee shops with food really good - the hosts helped us with the luggages - in the kitchen the sofa will convert into bed

- the noise from the street in bedroom is horrible. I had to sleep with earphones in order to rest - the cleaning can be done better especially in toilet - even though you could convert the sofa from kitchen in bed there are no things to put on it to use it as a bed.

told the host when we would arrive for check in as requested but had to wait outside in the heat for about 25 minutes and then had to ring him to chase him up. We weren’t given full instructions on using the outside gate so had to ring him again to get out of the property. There’s a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea but no cups! Otherwise it was fine for our overnight stay

Really good location near to all rhe main attractions, the apartment looks stylish and modern and the girl who gave us the keys was friendly.

We only stayed here for one night before our afternoon flight home and their are definitely a few teething issues. I'm glad it was only one night as we were only provided with one half-used toilet roll! I know this is an apartment where you go and buy the stuff you need, but in england (and in the photos of this property on the site) you are still provided with basic necessities (toilet roll, milk, a box of tea etc) but there was ansolutely nothing here. Not great for us as we were new to the city and had no idea where the nearest supermarket was. I found it funny that there was a bowl of jam and Soy sauce left but no toilet roll or other basic necessities! The cleaning wasn't up up scratch at all- our white soaks turned black after walking on the floor and the towels were stained. All the walls were marked and/or peeling. The wardrobe door fell off it's hinges as we opened it it's so cheap. Weiredly there was remote without batteries so we couldn't use the TV in the bedroom. The property was advertised as having a washing machine which we were planning to use, but the cleaner had used it to store dirty washing so we couldn't. The air conditioning was broken so the whole place was super hot.

The host Xenia was very helpful with informing me of things to do and places to see and amazing person to talk with..

The noise from the street is really prominent... other travellers have mentioned this however I'm not normally a light sleeper so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I must say I woke up multiple times in the night from passing motorcycles or cars

10min walk to the Duomo. Great location for a family/couple wanting a quieter area.

Castle apartment is located about 10mins away from the central of Milan and the duomo. The apartment itself is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard considering the status of the building. Its has many good features of living in an apartment in Italy and it comes even with cooking oil, salt and essentials that you need. And it is quite reasonably priced.

On the other hand, travellers please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor from Ground floor. There is no elevator. The bedroom is also next to a busy street with tram. People who has trouble with noise and needing privacy need to be mindful about it.
