We were very impressed with the renovations done to a very old house. The location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk were a real plus. We could not have had a better week The only thing we wanted to suggest was that the lock and doorknob to the front door be changed. We had a very difficult time unlocking the front door.

The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Convenient location within an hours drive to most attractions on PEI.

Absolutely loved the property. Was so quaint and Cozy and spotless upon our arrival. Its in a perfect location to tour the island our to just walk around the pretty harbour and town of Summerside. The owners left a list of spots for us to try while we were there. Highly recommend staying here. thanks so much!

We rented this cute little home for two weeks while exploring the Maritimes. It was very comfortable, very clean and well appointed. It is situated steps from the boardwalk in Summerside. Enjoyed walking on the boardwalk everyday and especially going to Samuels for coffee. They have the best capacinnos. Buy your lobster from Arsenault's a bit farther on, and fish and chips from "Skips". Could have spent the entire summer there. LeeAnn was great at recommendations.. loved exploring the island. Great potters and artists. Enjoy a Ceilidh, or two. Can't wait to go back.

Leeann's property was perfect for our needs. I only wish we had been there in the warmer weather to better enjoy the back deck and yard. I enjoyed being central in summerside and having water right outside the door. The place was clean and Leeann was very welcoming. The property was as listed. Only note, and it may already be there somewhere, is that this may not be the best rental for taller (>6') people given the slanted roof on the upper floor. Enjoyable stay, beautiful island!

We enjoyed staying at this property so much. An old house that has been updated and beautifully decorated. It is very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained and just as described. LeeAnn provided everything we could need. So many thoughtful little details, including soft music playing and A/C on when we arrived. There is a nice little deck in the back with table and chairs and a little front porch to sit on. The water is just across the intersection at the end of the road (1 house down) and can be seen from the porch and front windows. It is convenient to walk to the boardwalk and downtown. Summerside is a very nice seaside town, not too big or busy. The College of Piping is in Summerside and they have an excellent show, music and dancing.

Very well stocked, immaculately clean, great location. Had an amazingly comfortable stay.

This is an older home with many of the quirks of its generation. The steep, narrow staircase to the upper floor with bedrooms and bath presents significant challenges to anyone with mobility issues or young children. The location is fanastic - just steps from the harbourfront boardwalk and beach. The 6.5 km trail is very well maintained, scenic, and hosts lots of interesting birds and small wildlife. Highly recommended for walkers, runners and cyclists!
