Our week was perfect just as we planned. The location of this condo is perfect … I stayed here about ten years ago and I was so glad to happen upon the same listing. The proximity to the beach AND all the happenings in Savannah … five stars. This bright, spacious “home” is exactly what we wanted and our week … including one “Hurricane Idalia” day, was perfect!

Always stay at this beautiful condo, and love coming back! Perfect size for our family of four and our new puppy. We enjoy the porch so much, too, the breezes and views are so pretty and peaceful. The location of this condo makes it so easy to travel back and forth to the beach. It's also always been a great area for neighborhood walks with our dogs over the years. We always have the best family time together, and make amazing dinners, and beautiful memories here. ❤️ Ted is so sweet, quick to answer any questions!

Absolutely love staying at the coral penthouse, being able to bring my 2 furbabies makes staying here even better,close to everything,and just a short wLk to the beach,plus coolers chairs,and wagons are provided by owner,cant wait to come back

This is the second year we have stayed here. Walking distance to the beach is short, you can walk across the street for food in either direction. We just really like staying there!

Really enjoyed this cozy apartment in a great location - easy to walk to restaurants, beach, entertainment. House was clean and well appointed. Weather was horrible, but the stay was just great!

Cute and comfortable! Conveniently located, with off-street parking, nice back porch, and small kitchen. Perfect for two people attending a friend’s wedding weekend!

We had a wonderful time at this delightful place. Very comfortable and had everything you need to spend a day on the beach. Loved that it is in the more quiet area of the island. Would definitely stay again.

The trip was much needed and there was great communication with the owner. Check in was easy and location was in walking distance of many restaurants.

We found the property to be neat, clean and furnished with all we needed for a comfortable three night stay. We were able to cook our own meals with just our anniversary dinner out. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

This place was amazing! It's nice and quiet and easy to find. The beds are so comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Just stayed one night on our way back home from Florida. Unfortunately a cold front came through so it was a little chilly but house was nice and less than 5 min walk to the ocean. We will definitely come back next time during beach season! Huck a Poos was a pretty cool and surprisingly very inexpensive bar/restaurant that we recommend as well!

As a card carrying member of the OCD club, this place gave me joy. Every item is for a specific useful purpose. I felt calm and safe. The 2nd story was really great because, from every window you can sees trees or light making it feel open and large. So even while not at the beach, watching tv you still feel like you are (as you should on a beach vacay). The balcony was great our dog loved it too. Having beach carts and chairs and misc available for use was .. .Chef’s Kiss. That was the ultimate reason I choose the Penthouse and it made beaching easy. The location is very near everything you want to do or see. Somehow I stumbled on a gem and am planning future trips and weekday getaways. The hubs and I are going to come back as often as we can because it is just perfect. If looking for comfortable, clean, safe, inviting and super close to the beach. This is it! Scroll no further!

We had a nice, short stay! Easy to walk to the beach and a nice balcony! A little further from the bars on the other end of the island (if you don’t have a car), but doable to get to them if that’s what you’re looking for. Quiet, clean and an easy check in/check out process. Would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at the Coral House in the upstairs apartment. Place was quaint and clean. Perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach, next door to ice cream! Nice space. We used the balcony a lot!

This was our second time staying here and it was fantastic. The property owner reaponds quick to messages also. Fantastic location just a short walk to mid beach. Definitely 5 stars!

This was our second year in a row staying here. Great place that's well positioned to the beach, great dining, and the main road to get around the island. Plus there's coolers and chairs for the beach, and wagons to haul everything. The rental was well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes and the entire property was very clean. We really enjoyed the property and we'll be back next year!

The property was lovely. It was extremely clean and just as described. We would have loved to have spent more time there. We loved the balcony on the back. We will book again. Tybee island was great as well.

Absolutely loved tge coral penthouse,everything was perfect,loved sitting on tge balcony at night, 1st time bringing my 2 dogs to ttbee, but definitely won't be my last, cant wait to stay here again,cindy stinnett

My boyfriend and I had a great time! Right across from a really great restaurant and super close to convenience store/liquor store. Only thing is if you’re looking for a bar scene, that’s the opposite end of the island. That said, we had no problem getting an Uber down and back (it was a Monday night). Definitely had a great time!

This condo is so cute! The condo was spotless and the cleanest property I’ve rented. I appreciate all the little touches and we so enjoyed the balcony, so relaxing! I will be back for a longer stay!

There was food on tray in oven. Floors weren’t clean under beds etc. had to wash dishes and shelves.
