We loved our trip to Kauai. The property was very nice and kids loved the pool and resort grounds. We had dinner at Oasis our first night and really enjoyed the food. The condo was spacious and adequate for our group of 6 (4 kids between 10 and 17) but not sure how it could fit 8. However, i felt that the description was not completely accurate and the condo may have been upsold a bit. The furnishings were a bit dated and not as fancy as described. The range and oven, although was a very high end Wolf appliance, did not function well. Burners were not easy to use and heated very slowly. Oven took forever to heat to 350 to cook salmon. I spoke with another guest who reitterated the same concern stating that his wife was going crazy trying to prepare meals. While the east side of the island/ Kapa'a town where the condo is located is not as nice as other parts of the island and felt a bit run down, we did like the central location and the quality of the resort setting very much. At the resort we truly felt that we were in a tropical paradise. This unit is privately managed so you can not get supplies or help from the resort desk. Also, the management company app is not easily available for download (not in the google store, only 3rd party that i didnt feel trustworthy for a download) so i printed out all necessary info from their website before our trip. All in all, we were satisfied.

Candace has a very very nice place here. It’s so close to shopping and centrally located on the island that you can go either direction easily to visit any beach or waterfall or any other activity you’re looking for. Thank you so much!! Would definitely stay again!

Our kids are still talking about how much they loved the trip to Kauai and want to come back to the "Kauai home". The condo was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen, nice lanai, and appliances as listed. The condo had a cooler and beach chairs and boogie boards.
The resort was perfect for our little kids who would not get out of the swimming pool. There's a kiddie pool with sand, family hot tub, water slides. We brought our own sand toys but you could rent beach toys/gear from a space in the lobby.
We used the communal gas grill a couple of times - really nice to have a BBQ dinner outside. We got marinate steaks , fish and veg from Safeway across the street.
We'd love to go back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo!! We walked to the beach every morning and loved the sunrises. The pool was great for the kids and the condo had plenty of room for a family of five. I would highly recommend staying here. Two Diners Drive ins and Dives locations within walking distance and the best Shave ice on the island across the street. Centrally located, the condo is in the best area to easily drive to anywhere on the island.

This condo has everything you need. Clean, spacious with a view of the ocean and lazy river pool. Check in was easy, just go to your room and it is ready. Full size washer and dryer were great after the kids spent the day at the beach and pool. Mid Island location made going North to Hanalei Bay or South to Poipu very doable. Safeway and ABC store and Panda Express right across the street. Easy text communication with staff. Fun vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The room overlooks the pool and the view of the ocean was slighty better than expected. The room was also very spacious!

Overall excellent. Very convenient, easy beach access. Resort and condo are a bit dated but very well kept. Kitchen had all amenities we needed. Limited dining options in the resort but several nearby options.

We had a lovely stay at Waipouli Beach Resort! We all absolutely loved the pool and waterslides, even if the water was a little chilly. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the beach, including whale watching and seeing a monk seal. It was convenient being able to walk across the street for groceries, ice cream and shopping etc. The island was easy to drive around and we look forward to coming back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The location is centrally located and had everything we needed to make meals. We enjoyed the private beach and pool. We enjoyed watching the sunrise as well has seals sleeping on the beach. Would definitely recommend for families!

We loved our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The suite was spacious and there was plenty of space for our 14, 11, and 2 year old kids to be without having them right next to us all the time 😂 The pool was great, very well maintained and everyone loved the water slides. Great location close to shopping needs. My sister in law enjoyed a massage at the on property spa and had raving reviews. Would definitely recommend.

We have previously stayed at the resort, so we were familiar with the area and resort. We like the location because it’s centrally located on the island. It’s a short drive to beaches on the north side and not too long of a drive to Poipu and Waimea. It’s across the street from a market and other shopping and fast food options. As well as down the street from historic Kapaa. The rooms are great for people looking for more space to relax after a long day out. If you didn’t want to go out and explore, the pool and beach front are nice. The kitchen was furnished with enough plates, glasses and appliances to make you feel like you’re at home. It’s great to wake up and not have to go out and buy coffee. But if you’re a Starbucks fan, it’s across the street. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient too. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.

As a family of 5 it is difficult to find hotels that can accommodate us in a single room. The Waipouli Beach Resort condos were great. Spacious, well built, and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and beach several days, and the location was great for excursions to the north and south. Also plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Our family just adored everything about this rental. With the view overlooking the pool, partial view of the ocean and upgraded kitchen space, we couldn't have been happier. The bathrooms were spacious, and having two beds in the guest room was a bonus for our teenager and tween getting their own beds. The unit itself was nicely furnished with a great balcony area looking into the complex.
The location is wonderful with a grocery store right across the street. The complex was also very nice with an onsite fine dining restaurant (which we were sad was closed the Sunday and Monday we were on site). There was a nice big beach area which seemed to be under utilized by guests due to the amazing pool area. The were lots of restaurants nearby which was great. We would totally book again if we ever go back.

Bedrooms both have balconies, and full bathrooms, and this specific unit has a view of the pool (compared to the parking lot). Plenty of space for our family of four. Washer and dryer in the unit (which is amazingly convenient), as well as a full kitchen. Ideally located on the east side of the island so you can get to locations on the north and south ends without too much time. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the grocery store across the street is perfection. The resort doesn’t feel likes it’s in the middle of everything, though. You still will feel the classy beachfront vibes you’re looking for. The only complaints are that the sofa is showing its age and the floors, including the carpet, are slightly waxy (from being cleaned so often?), but those are minor. This is a great place to stay.

This condo was a perfect match for our family which included 2 teens (boy/girl). I appreciated having 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. The view from the lanai was lovely! We enjoyed drinking coffee overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool area and beach view each morning. The resort is in walking distance of Kenji Restaurant (must try) as well as many others restaurants and conveniences. (Safeway) Loved our stay and hope to return sooner than later! :-) Thank you, Candace!

The property was excellent! Kids loved the sprawling pools and water slides, and my husband and I were able to enjoy time together too knowing our kids are in a safe environment.

Our entire experience from start to checkout with Kauai Calls mgmt was great! The unit was in good condition. I did report a broken chair and leaky faucet on a Sunday ( did not expect maintenance as it’s wknd). Emailed via Hospitality APP and replied asap by scheduling maintenance to stop by.
In minutes after I reoly- Melvin was knocking on our door.. wow! Impressive.
Location was ideal to go to all area of island, even with some traffic.
The only regret my family has is that we didn’t get a chance to use the properties amenities - packed schedule in trying to do it all in 8 days. Maybe next trip back!😎
Oasis restaurant on site was very good and had great options for everyone.

What a wonderful resort and unit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is perfectly appointed and the kitchen was absolutely amazing! I was a bit disappointed that the ceiling fan and light in the master bedroom was broken but I was impressed that the property manager was able to contact the owner so quickly and then relay the information to me. Also, pictures need to be updated for this listing because those currently online show a much smaller dining table and include a chair with ottoman in the living room. Instead, there was a dining table for six and no chair with ottoman. Aside from these minor details, we loved the unit, the amazing pool and beautiful grounds, and the location was perfect! I will highly recommend the Waipouli Beach Resort to anyone asking about our stay.

What an amazing place to call home for a week! The resort amenities were perfect for our family of four, and we spent lots of time in the pool and on the beach. My kids especially loved the family spa and waterfalls throughout the pool. And the resort had a nice little slice of beach too, which also made the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.
On previous trips we have stayed in Princeville and Poipu, which we loved, but really appreciated the location of this resort as the home base for exploring the rest of the island. It was so easy to head north or south in the morning and get where we wanted to be.
I will also mention how impressed we were with the room, it was well stocked with everything we could want (from kitchen gadgets to beach chairs and boogie boards), and the cleanliness was impeccable! We were beyond impressed!

The condo was perfect for our family gatherings. We enjoyed the Lani and the kids loved the pool. It had all the kitchen gadgets we needed. Was so convenient being across the street from Safeway and other tourist stores. We enjoyed our vacation in the condo.
