location, pool and staff were all great. being about to rent chairs umbrella very convenient

rooms a little dated such as only one sink in master bath. other shower very poor. no curtain guessing as designed but water all over the floor. hard time even standing under shower. booking charge was total $781.37 but was charged $953.05. $172 more not right

Location, property maintenance

2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa with a pull out sofa bed had plenty of room for my extended family of 5 adults. There are 2 swimming pools & 3 hot tubs to choose from. Also there was a nice gym room. Full kitchen was great, we were able to cook breakfasts & dinners! Free parking. We were always provided with extra towels, bath & kitchen amenities when we called the front desk. Each room had ceiling fans & air conditioners.

Front desk said that the pools were heated, the ocean was warmer, lol. The pull out sofa mattress had stains, but we were provided with a mattress cover & fitted sheet to place over stains.

Decent location

My room was terrible. I got in late and had to wash my own sheets because there was hair and dirt and weird stains in my bed. The shower was mildew-y (a reasonable amount is expected) but this was even smelling bad. The staff also kicked me out of the hot tub ~20 minutes before it was even supposed to close. All around not a good experience, just in paradise.

Close to great snorkeling at anini beach. Wonderful pools.

Appreciated the in unit washer dryer, but our dryer was not terribly effective.

The buildings and furniture are old and in need o renovation. The amenities were very limited in comparison to other resorts and there are no beaches within walking distance

This place is in a prime location close to the best beaches in Kauai and the Na Pali Coast. Our stay at Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas was quiet and clean.

The price is expensive but you pay for location. Driving back to Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas during night can be difficult. Drive carefully and drive slowly. Not enough lights on the street.

The grounds, gardens and pools are beautiful here. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. I was also pleased that we were upgraded from a 1bd to 2bd so we had plenty of room.

The carpets in the condo seemed old and dingy. It would be great if they just replaced them with hardwood/laminate throughout which was in the kitchen/dining area & bathrooms. It was also a bit stuffy/musty smelling unless we opened all the windows. We were in a ground floor unit so it was very noisy when there were guests upstairs. I would request an upstairs unit next time.

wonderful property. Beautifully maintained, excellent facilities,close to running trails and the beach. I also love that you can cook!
