The lakehouse was beautiful and suited our large family perfectly. It was a great location easy to get to and we would stay there again.

My family and friends recently stayed at this property and we were absolutely blown away by the entire stay. From the start where we were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful property manager, to the incredible view, following by a beautifully presented property with all the amenities you would need, we could not fault it. Just amazing! We will 100% be staying here again.

Easy walk along the lake into Queenstown, our only regret was. It staying longer !

Property was all as advertised; in fact the views were even more impressive. Mike set everything up and the house included everything we needed. The spa pool was lovely after a long day of skiing and the upstairs social area worked well for our group. Access to town was easy, a nice 20 minute walk or a short car ride. All in all, loved the place, highly likely we will rent there again

We were group of 12 friends visiting Queenstown for leisure. We absolutely loved our stay at Kylie’s lake house. She was very welcoming and gave us so many recommendations for things to do in Queenstown l. The property is beautifully maintained with comfy beds. Not to forget the spa pool was cherry on top . We could have stayed in pool for whole day. The view is amazing from the house and the city centre is just 5 min drive which was very convenient. We will surely stay here again if we visit Queenstown. Thanks for hosting us. Cheers

-There is no sound system - we just wanted to play music over drinks/dinner but had to use our phones, which wasn't ideal
-Overall we had such a wonderful time and would come back in an instant!

Wonderful and House and incredible Views!
We stayed here for a business trip and there were 8 of us. The house was perfect for a mix of business and leisure which we had to come Central Otago for. The views are breathtaking. The house is clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The beds are extremely comfy and the owner was very helpful upon arrival! The hot tub discussions with those views were one of those highlights!

Views, location, well appointed
We absolutely loved Kylie and Michael’s home. Just minutes from the airport in one direction and downtown in the other, the house was perfect for our family reunion getaway. We spent hours on the deck soaking up the breathtaking views and cooked as a family nearly every night in the well designed kitchen. We enjoyed the walking trail just below the home and even walked to brunch a few days from the house. Having 3 king beds, a queen and a bunk room worked out perfectly for our group. We would absolutely rent their home again.

The location is good and the view is great. The outdoor area is a good place for family/friends to catch up with each others. The house is clean and Kylie, the owner, is friendly. We enjoy our stay and will stay there again if we go to Queenstown. However, it is a challenge to park especially at night as there is not much parking space, the road is unsealed and very steep.

Close to town but away from the hussle!!! Fantastic access to lake front, large comfortable beds! Kitchen has all the luxuries of home. Couldn’t recommend higher.

The house is in a great location, easy flat walk into town, a short 2 min drive into town and about 10 min drive from the airport. The biggest drawcard is the incredible view of the lake and mountains. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels etc and all the mod cons in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. There was more than enough room for our extended family. We would happily visit again.

We were all blown away with the quality of this accommodation. Great location, spectacular views, beautifully fitted out, and immaculately clean. The spa pool is dangerously good - we could have stayed in all day! And the beds are sooooooo cosy and comfortable. Normally on girls weekend's we go out a lot but this house was so fabulous we ended up staying in! Thanks for a fantastic weekend!!

Two families stayed in the Lakehouse in Jan 2017 - there was ample room for all. The house is all you could ask for in a holiday home - comfy beds, two living spaces, great tech, a huge spa with a view, spotlessly clean - but the most outstanding feature was the view! It must be one of the best in Queenstown! It has a stunning, uninterrupted 180 degree view of the Remarkables and the lake! Location is a lovely 25-30min walk (with kids) from centre of Queenstown. Car handy. Highly recommend.
