The room was very spacious and clean. It wasn’t on the beach but just across the street. It is in a great area, close to locals favorite restaurant and ice cream shop.

Returning visitors to Savannah and Tybee and first time visitors. Sightseeing and good food.

The property was great. We could walk a block to the top end of mid-beach. It was also walking distance of a few restaurants which was super convenient and close to the check in/check out office. We loved the decks. Check in and check out was simple.

This rental was perfect for my family. There are lots of steps but we were ok. We liked the location. The unit was very clean. The garage is pretty small. I had to fold my mirrors in on my SUV to get in but there is another spot for the unit in the parking lot. Overall a great experience! We would definitely return.

We usual stay on the other end of the island in a standalone house but this location turned out great, just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach! Fully equipped kitchen made large family meals a breeze. The two upstairs on suite bathrooms and full bath downstairs definitely a plus with a large group. No major issues, definitely bring your own blankets if you are the type to get cold. Could hear the neighbors on the otherside yelling/fussing early in the AM but thats to be expected in apartments/condos. We were late getting out due to toddler bathroom emergency, but the office was understanding when we called to notify the front office. Checkin/checkout was a breeze!

Could use a bit of updating (wallpaper in bathrooms, curved shower curtain rods) but has lots of room including very large bedrooms. Also short walking distance from various beaches, ice cream and tasty restaurants. Very clean. All in all a great place for bigger groups on Tybee.

The property has a great layout with a very good amount of space. We had 4 people staying but could have easily had 2-3 more depending on how you want to handle the sleeping arrangements. We only had a couple of issues. the downstairs A/C not working properly and the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom not working. We came in and set the thermostat to 74. After coming back from eating the downstairs still remained about 78 degrees. We set the thermostat to 70 for sleeping and by morning it had only come down to 76. By the end of the trip we could not get the downstairs temp below 78. We had no trouble with the upstairs thermostat and AC (split systems). The other problem came from hairs found on the pillow cases and the little bit of mold from there being wallpaper in the top of the shower. Small things that did not at all ruin our stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property! Tybee was fun!

We stayed at this property for four nights and my wife and I were very pleased with the location and size of the property. The only reason this review is 3 stars is due to the fact that we found a dead roach inside a bathroom cabinet. I reached out to the owner who assured me the property would be treated the next day as we were leaving that day anyways. The location of the condo and the beach nearby were amazing and the lady that I got the keys from was very helpful!

Great location right across from the beach. The home supplies just the basics so plan on bringing everything you need. They only supply 1 garbage bag which is kind of crazy. You think they would want you to take out the garbage. We had a great time just know you may want to bring a few extras.

We had never stayed on the north side of the island but was pleasantly surprised by the great restaurants within walking distance and a beach which wasn’t as crowded as the south side.

All the necessities, but a little outdated. Overall good stay!

Great place, some things could use updating but overall we had a great stay, can’t beat those sunrises from the decks.

We had lots of fun on our trip, but there were some issues. I just feel like the amount of money we spent, wasn’t worth where we stayed. The house needs updating so bad. There is peeling wallpaper from the 80’s in the bathroom and the tv’s are dinosaurs. The one in the front master doesn’t work. The cheap plastic mini blinds on the windows facing the parking lot didn’t even fit the windows. There was an inch gap on the sides, and light came in at night. The most frustrating thing about the stay was how poorly the house was supplied. First off, let me say that the nearest real grocery store was in Savannah. There is small IGA down the road, but it was very limited in what it had. It was picked over too. It opened at 9 am and closed at 8 pm. Every restaurant we went to was so crowded and had at least an hour wait and took even longer to get the food. You could cook, but the kitchen was poorly stocked. It looked like small cheap stuff from a garage sale or dollar store. A grill would be nice too. We had the same issues when we went into Savannah to eat. You couldn’t even get any fast food bc many places were closed bc of Covid, or drive through only. And forget about using cash! Most people don’t take it. There were ZERO hair dryers in the house! So right off the bat we had to go back into Savannah. Probably 6 wire clothes hangers…. The best thing about the house was the location. It was a quick walk to the beach. If you have small kids though, I don't recommend bc the condo is on a curve and the street was very busy. Overall, I would have to say this place is probably the worst thing we have rented off VRBO. It just wasn’t worth the high price. We will not be staying there again.

For sure the best location on the island. Specious condo. Walking distance to anything you’d need. Quiet area of the beach. We had a wonderful stay!!

Renting was very easy

We liked the central and walkable location. House had most of what we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. Everything worked as expected. Wifi was spotty and slow so don't expect much from it. The bedrooms facing the parking lot need curtains, the rooms were too bright at night.

Great property for a family vacation. Plenty of room (including bathrooms) for our family of 7, and the kitchen is a huge plus to help save on meals. The condo is dated but very clean, and the location is second to none (across the street from the beach and 15-20 minutes outside Savannah). All in all, a great place to stay.

We are from an army family and live in different states, so getting together requires great effort. We had a great time together. Thank you.

The unit is very spacious, lots of room. The pictures on the listing are representative of the property listing, however, personally I would have like to have seen them in horizontal format. There were some minor maintenance issues, burned out bulbs, high touch areas could use some paint, but nothing we found to be too much....Over all enjoyed our stay & would definitely consider staying there in the future...

I liked the location , it was close to the beach. The restaurant behind the condo was very good. The office was quick to help us with any concerns.

The only problem I can mention of is that the balcony doors and some of the outlets didn't work. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay. Location was perfect for us since it’s mid-beach, and we didn’t want to stay near the crowds on the south end of the beach. Although the furniture and decor of this unit are dated, the unit was clean. The dishwasher did not work and there are a few light bulbs that need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything worked to our satisfaction. Look forward to future trips to Tybee Island!

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, all the necessary kitchen items (recommend solo cups as glasses and cups are limited) Beach is beautiful and property is located for easy access. Watch out for residents who don’t like vacationers. We encountered several as our family relaxed on the beach and travelled the island. They are more or less transplants that have moved to the island and don’t necessarily understand what and who it is that supports the island and what southern hospitality represents. The locals are awesome very warm and welcoming!

Property was perfect for my family. Great location. Ample space for the 5 of us and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

Spacious. I liked that two of the bedrooms had double beds. That’s not common but ideal when traveling with larger families with kids. Location to beach was great!
