The property at Point Pleasant was perfect for our group. The house was incredibly comfortable, spacious, great kitchen! But the windows overlooking the inlet were the stars of the show. The activity, the sunsets, the seagulls - just a perfect way to start and end each day. A block from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants, and if the boardwalk is your thing - its right there as well. Mike and Marie were wonderful as well.

This was a great house overlooking the inlet. My kids enjoyed looking at the fishing boats everyday. We were in a great location and in walking distance to everything. The property was very well maintained and CLEAN! The property managers were very friendly and accommodating. Great place for families!

It's well located. The hosts made sure that we had everything. The appartement was super! Couldn't ask more. We are planning to go back.

This property and location was perfect for us! The house was great...don't underestimate the back yard! We had several football catches with the kids and adults while using the bbq. It was a GREAT place to hang out in the morning and at the end of the day. If your into sunsets like we were, you can enjoy and awsome sunset right in the houses enterance room. The sun sets right over the inlet and ships there. The kids lover the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, while SO MUCH adult night life is within a quick walk. Maria (the owner) was SO helpful providing us with events going on. Our stay was really great and I definitely recommend it!

I stayed here in June for a week!! The location was great and we walked almost everywhere!!! The house was really nice and the owners were accomidating and very nice to work with!!! Had one of the best vacations!!! Can't wait to come back!!!

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but we enjoyed our stay so much that I felt the need to write one. The location is so central to everything in Point Pleasant that you could really walk or cycle to everything you need. Place was well kept, had all of the necessary amenities, and was just cozy. The fenced in backyard was a big plus with our little one.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was just perfect! We have a toddler and the home is very child friendly, no stairs or obstacles once you're in the front door, even a child-proof lock on the bathroom cabinet! The giant windows are wonderful for watching the boats and the pedestrians, and the fenced-in backyard is a real bonus. Location couldn't be better for walking to the beach and restaurants! We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the house is, and how well-stocked the kitchen is for making breakfast too! The owner was very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Have been renting at the Jersey Shore for many years and this is the house we plan on renting for our future vacations. Great location, and once we were settled in, there was no need to use our car all week - easy walk to beach, restaurants, boardwalk and fishing. It was great having the large enclosed yard. The house was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the sunset and water views from the large bay windows. Couldn't ask for anything more!

For the past three years we have rented this house from Mike and Marie for a week in July and are planning to do so again in 2014. This is by far the best rental in Point Pleasant! From our first visit we were surprised by how clean and well kept the property was. The location is absolutely perfect. You are within walking distance of all attractions, yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. Mike and Marie are great and always make you feel so welcome. We have started to feel like this a "home" away from home and that Mike and Marie are family! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone I know.

We loved staying at this property so much that we are staying here again next summer! We have nothing but good things to say about it. It's clean and close to the beach and boardwalk. It's also walking distance to fishing and the fishing boats. Our daughter loved watching the fishing boats from the front window. It's also close to many great restaurants. This house offered comforts other rentals in the area didn't like a fenced-in backyard with grass, grill, and patio furniture and off-street parking. And the landlords are great! We were very happy here and looking forward to our stay here next summer.

Very nice home with everything you need. Very close to the beach and to lots of restaurants. Owner is nearby so if there is anything you need, she is extremely helpful. The house is kept very clean and neat and it was nice to not be hit with an extra "cleaning fee" on top of rental. Rental rate was very reasonable for the location and space you got. If we visit Jersey Shore again in the future, we will definately look up this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is terrific because it's close enough to the boardwalk to have very easy access yet not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The place easily accommodated the four adults and one toddler in our party. It was very clean and we experienced no problems. The good off-street parking was also a real plus. We would definitely stay here again!

We just came back from spending a week at this house and we all enjoyed it very much. When we arrived, I immediately noticed how clean and light the place look. The house (to us) is in the perfect location. Not too far from the beach (less than five minutes’ walk) and yet not too close where you would have to put up with the beach going crowd. It is also in a great location if you enjoy fishing. You can go fishing directly from the marina or take 1/2 day boat tours to fish on the ocean. The house came with all the modern amenities including wireless internet and a large (46") Sony flat screen TV with cable. The TV has extra inputs including HDMI and component video so if you want to bring your kids' PS3, Xbox, or Wii to keep them occupy at night after a day at the beach you can easily hook them up. If you have any questions about what to do or where to eat while you are there, make sure to check with the friendly and helpful owners. We followed their recommendations and were not disappointed. There are four restaurants within a five minutes’ walk. I especially recommend trying the “Waffles & More” restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The place may not be crowded (most people don’t realize that they also serve lunch and dinner because of their name) but the food is excellent and the wait staffs very friendly and accommodating. If you go there for dinner, make sure you try their Shrimp Scampi entrée. It is second to none. We would not hesitate to come back and stay at this place again.

Have a daughter who plays beach volleyball which we could see from our window so it couldnt get any better. Would have loved 2 parking spots and an outdoor shower but would never change my mind about renting again Great landlords..very accommodating ...thanks for everything :)

My family had a wonderful vacation at this house. It is in a great location, about a block to the beach and close to restaurants and fishing but still quiet at night. This house has a beautiful view of the sunsets and marina from the big bay window. My wife's favorite thing was how clean and new everything is. The kids liked going on the rides, the beach,games on the boardwalk and the aquarium. I bought my daughter a hermit crab at the boardwalk. One day we saw dolphins from the beach. I liked eating at the Shrimp Box and breakfast at The Cottage(both less than a block away). I also liked relaxing in the hammock in the back yard after a hard day of beach going and barbecuing. My family will definatly come back here.
