Bach was lovely. Location is great with a short walk to the beach. We had a great mid-winter stay.

We loved our stay even though the weather wasn’t great we still enjoyed our stay and the area especially by the beach it was so beautiful our first time near whiritoa so was amazing stay 😊

The property owner kept in touch and was so responsive. Their accommodation is so spacious and absolutely beautiful! The moe is a 2 minute walk to Whiritoa beach. We were blown away to see ample board games which we absolutely enjoyed playing and it gave our weekend away that extra added touch! Will definitely be back

The property was so much more than we expected, clean, tidy and perfectly located. Owners were easy to deal with. Hopefully we'll be coming back. Give Whiritoa a try, it truly is the hidden gem of the Coromandel.

We’ve had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Loved the bbq, outdoor shower and that it’s only 3 min walk from the beach. One of our young adult missed having wifi and cellphone coverage but we thought that was character-building

We had our daughter and her young family stay with us at this property (4 adults, 2 kids - 5 and 9. Set up was perfect, plenty of toys to keep kids occupied until 7am when the adults got up. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils for a great Sunday morning cooked breakfast. Beach was beautiful, hop skip and a jump away. We only wished we had booked for longer and had more time to relax here.

Place was clean, tidy and very roomy. It was great being so close to the beach. Kids loved playing outside on the grass. Would definitely stay there again!

Property was kept well clean, alongside instructions on arrival were very clear with an easy check in process. Service was perfect, as you’d like alongside any questions were answered immediately. Spectacular stay, would highly recommend.

Was on a quiet area and great location for the beach. No WiFi which was great as stops modern day distractions and allows you to recharge the old fashioned way.

Great property incredibly close to the beautiful Whiritoa Beach. Two rooms for the adults. The Mezzanine with the beds allowed the cousins to all camp out together. All very clean and tidy. Plenty of toys and board games for the kids, everyone had a blast. If there were more of us, there's even another house on the property that they could have rented.

A great relaxing holiday house with good sized living area , plenty of bed spaces, well functioning kitchen and lovely deck. Very friendly neighbours and lots of bird life in the surrounding trees. 5 mins walk to a gorgeous beach. The owner communicated well and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope you will too.

We loved staying at this quintessential Kiwi bach, complete with puzzles and boardgames. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax, especially with the covered verandah. Great location. Beautiful beach.

Tania very responsive and easy to deal with. We wanted a chilled out week away with the kids before Xmas and we got it. House very well equipped toys, games, videos, even a cot for the youngest. The lagoon was awesome for the kids.

Great location. Close to beach and in quiet cul-de-sac. Beach hop (Whangamata) only 15 mins drive. House had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Clear communication.

Although the location and space was fantastic, beds comfy, air con modern, communication and instructions clear, lack of cleanliness in key areas (fridge, microwave, toaster, bathroom, kitchen) was an issue for us. We cleaned these before unpacking. There are plenty of cleaning products but the entire place is in need of a real deep clean. When previous renters are being relied upon to clean up maybe there should be some checking process before the next people stay. The bedroom upstairs is accessed through the mezzanine (where most of the beds are) and the bathroom downstairs is very snug, not a problem for us as only 3 people went. This is obviously a well loved family bach and we don't want to cause any offence. When we book any accommodation we take information from customer reviews very seriously and have rented many baches.

This place would have to be one of our ideal holiday locations. Situated in an idyllic, quiet cul-de-sac with the beach a short stroll away. Loved the well set out kitchen. Very comfortable yet beachy feel. Beautiful beach, few people, great weather. You couldn't want any more. The previous person could have cleaned the bathroom more thoroughly but that was sorted out quickly. Loved the deck and the small lawn area but it would be nice to have more comfortable outdoor furniture than the plastic chairs. We would love to book again next January for a longer stay! Thank you.
