Tommy is a great host and the property was amazing. The property was very clean and well put together. We had a large party stay with us for our vow renewal on our 25th anniversary. We all came from different parts of the country to Seattle and Tommy was very accommodating.

Great house with everything we needed.

This house suited our needs perfectly. We had a wedding in the area and had many people coming from different places. It was great to have a comfortable place to visit, and get ready.

Very close to shops/stores and just 15 minutes to Sea-Tac. We had a large group of 11 family members and we had plenty of room. Ample parking as we had several rental cars (2 car garage plus driveway parking). Very comfortable home.

Other than the traffic, this is one of the best vacations me and my friends had to date. Its strategically located close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, answering any question quickly. Then the house, absolutely a dream to stay in. Highly recommend.

The house is spacious and clean. It was nice for our large group, including children. The host, Tommy was very communicative and welcoming.

This home was perfect for my family. We originally planned for 12 people, but that dropped to 6 as the trip approached. But either way, it would have been perfect for us. It was spacious and open, but all of us had a considerable amount of privacy and space to find quiet moments to ourselves. The location was more than perfect, it was an act of Providemce. We arrived in Seattle during the 2022 winter storm and we were iced in without food for the first day. Some of us were able to walk to the grocery store and back within an hour to actually eat and keep from eating the children haha! It was also conveniently located to the mall and shopping centers in Renton, along with easy access to the freeway to Seattle. We visit Seattle often and this will definitely be our go to rental on all of our family trips there!

Our trip was to attend a funeral, however the home was warm, ample room, comfortable and close to most of the venues.

We stayed at Tommy’s for my son’s wedding! Such a great location and lots and lots of room. We would stay again and again!! The only problem we had was after I booked the property, I had some other questions. Tommy wasn’t very prompt in getting back to me.

We stayed at this property during the last week of July. This is a REALLY big house with plenty of space and amenities. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle so that was nice as well. This place was very clean as well and I am assuming has been built in the last few years... the only negative at all was that we stayed here when temps were in the mid-90's and this home (like many in the PNW) was not air conditioned. There were fans in every bedroom which helped but it was very warm. I am sure this won't be an issue more than a handful of days a year, it was just unseasonably warm when we stayed here. Otherwise, loved this place!!!

Once we got in, it was great! Somehow we didn’t get the access code in advance and that led to some frustration figuring out how to find the owner. But once we did, he was immediately responsive and it was smooth from there. The place was just right for us (4 couples and two teens). It felt spacious and graciously modern. Very upbeat and clean. Just as the listing promised. All the rooms were great and the location (only 13 minutes from the airport) was just right for our large group and our mix of activities during our week stay. It was unusually warm and the bedroom box fans were essential. Cooling the house down after being out all day was a bit of a challenge, but we managed. Never figured out the Nest or if the house had A/C. Of course, this is Seattle and A/C is not a standard home feature since the weather is is generally cool. We didn’t think the kitchen cooking pans were in the best shape, so we bought new kitchen pans - took them home. There weren’t enough hangers, so bought 2 packs of 18 and left them for the next guests. Would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. There were 10 of us and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and living space worked well for our group. Iʻm giving it 3 starts because of the cleanliness. I saw in some reviews people mentioning the cleanliness of the house but didnʻt put much thought into it because of how much other great reviews there were. The areas with rug were not vacuumed (there were toys under the table and upstairs on the ground) If someone did vacuum, toys shouldʻve have been picked up before next guest arrive? I did try to use the vacuum but the canister was full and smell was awful once started. Dishes, glassware to be specific was dirty with grease marks and food.I put all the dishes that I thought we would use in the dishwasher. Dishwasher leaks at both bottom corners and the dishwasher does not clean the dishes well ( I always rinse before loading) and still dishes came out quite dirty. Upstairs hall bath is a double sink, the right one clogs, you cannot rinse your teeth without it filling up. The shower also is clogged, it doesn't take no more than a few minutes before you are standing ankle deep in your bath water. I did contact the owner through VRBO and asked if they had a plunger and also stated that garage opener was not left where it should be. No response. We ended up buying a plunger because it was quick fix that we could do. We ended up buying paper goods (plates) and toilet paper. There were five rolls to begin with which didnʻt last long with a group of 10. There was no stock. Knob for the gas stove, bottom right burner is broken. You could smell the gas even though knob was on off position. After taking it off we noticed it was cracked which didnʻt allow it to fully turn to off position. Took knob off and manually turned it off, didnʻt use burner since. We don't cook with gas so the smell was noticeable to us. This house needs a better cleaning crew.

As we saw in another review, there really aren’t enough place settings to serve 12 people, but we brought paper plates and plastic utensils and we survived just fine. The house was mostly clean, but since it was a same day turn around, you could tell it was rushed. Only two complaints were that there was no access to cleaning supplies (rags, cleaning spray, etc) and that the driveway has a narrow driveway with a boulder right near it. It made getting our 12 passenger van in and out of the place. But otherwise the house was as pictured, and beds/furniture was comfortable for feeling at home.

My friends and I had a reunion in Seattle and stayed at this property for the weekend. Everyone had their own comfortable bed and we all enjoyed being so close to the landing! It was a wonderful home!

We had an extended family trip with grandma and grandpa and 3 families with kids. This was a great center point for all our adventures: Mt. Rainier, Pike Place, Ocean Shores, Sequim, etc. This was such a nice home for us to come back to. We cooked and ate together, spent nice evenings on the patio, and with a couple of provided air beds we had enough beds for everyone, even the kids. Plenty of parking, nice neighborhood. The beds were comfy and the rooms all very nice. We knew there was no air conditioning, but each room had fans and nice big windows, so that wasn’t even an issue. We would stay here again if we came back and highly recommend it.
