Very unhappy with he transportation service to the cruise port. Either your book needs to be updated or they should not be changing the price. We had 8 people so a van was required. We were quoted by your hotel staff 105.00 and that was confirmed by the transport service. Hours later the transport service got back to your staff and said it was 120.00 one way. I know it was only 15.00 difference BUT it's the principle. Your staff was not at fault at all. And the transport place was 45 mins late picking us up. Will NOT use this service again.

Nicely renovated facilities. Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was wonderful.

The property was a short ride from the airport. The staff was exceptional!

Room was fine.

Shuttle not running until 4 pm despite the advertising to the contrary. No breakfast available because they “ran out”. The manager did nothing to rectify the issues. Services not as advertised! It’s like someone took a bad hotel and stuck Hampton’s name on it.

Good breakfast, easy location to hWY 405 OR 5 and Southcenter mall. Small room but clean.

Double bed for my wife and I. TOO SMALL.

Employees were kind and friendly. the man in the kitchen was helpful because out of food and he made some instant oatmeal for me.

Room dirty and TV didn't work . Light on desk had issues keep going dim and bright. Bedspread had yellow stain on one bed , and had hair on other bed.

The airport shuttles stop running earlier than advertised. The rooms were very overpriced for the quality you receive.

Breakfast was served by paper plate and not so tasty.

Washroom floor was sticky. Exhaust system for washroom is not working.
