Perfect location, spacious, clean - everything you need!

We both truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. The owner was responsive and she answered the questions we had. Sutton is a quaint and beautiful little town. We especially enjoyed all the local businesses and grocery store.

We loved our time at this condo. Very clean, great location, and easy to communicate with Sandra. We were very pleased with the accommodations and hope to stay again on another visit to Sutton.

It’s our second time staying here. We will be back.

Wonderful 2 night stay to celebrate a wonderful sister in law. 60 years young This condo is exceptional. So clean, well equipped, comfortable, cozy and well situated in Sutton village. So many little extras available to make our stay perfect. Communication with host easy and quick response time to any inquiry! Thank you Sandra. Beautiful, well looked after and incredibly clean condo. The beds were great! Bathroom huge! Wifi access easy! Comfortable furniture. Well equipped / stocked kitchen! Wonderful parking spot right on site! Bakery and shops so close by. The people of Sutton so welcoming and friendly. Location! Location! Location! Thanks again Sandra your condo in perfect !

My friend and I were so happy to return to Canada and the condo in Sutton after a long absence due to the pandemic. It was spotless, the new paint colors were lovely, and the creton from the shop across the street was outstanding!

Very nice comfortable accommodations located within easy walking distance of everything. The only issue was the noise from the bar across the street that lasted until after 3:30 in the morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Being on the main road there is traffic noise too. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

This apartment is comfortable and has an extremely well-furnished kitchen. It is right on Sutton's main street in the heart of the village, making it very convenient to access Sutton's many retail establishments and restaurants. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you should be aware that this convenient and desirable location will also expose you to some noise from traffic and from the bar across the street. However, we weren't particularly bothered by either. We would definitely stay here again, and we recommend it highly.

Great location, right in the centre of the small town of Sutton. It was easy to walk to everything, especially the excellent bakery/deli right across the street and the fantastic bagel and smoked meat shop half a block away.

The property is ideally located in the center of Sutton, making it a very convenient location to explore the village and the region. We had a great summer stay.

We stayed 3 weeks in this property. Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean, well decorated, very well located right in the middle of the village. Communications with the owner were easy, replies were really fast. I definitively recommend this property.

Nous avons apprécié l'excellente insonorisation, les jeux pour enfants, les lits confortables, les serviettes douces, les accessoires de cuisine qui répondent aux besoins multiples, en plus de l'apt neuf, la déco épurée et élégante. Merci Sandra!

You cannot be more in the heart of the village than this condo. Restaurants and shops are literally steps from your front door, a supermarket is just a short stroll down Main Street, and Mont Sutton is a 5-minute drive away. Modern, well-appointed and comfortable. Well done, Sandra!

L’appartement est très bien situé, au cœur du village. L’appartement est du côté de la rue principale. Il y a une épicerie fine en face, un café et un bar. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Very modern condo with new fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Coffee maker came with filters and several days worth of ground coffee! Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasse cutlery and all anyone will need for meal preparation. Extremely clean throughout. In the heart of Sutton so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the window coverings with ones that are more opaque-the current ones are almost see-through so street lighting makes it impossible to have a dark room for sleeping.

I loved being in the middle of town in a condo that had everything I needed for a week’s stay. I’ll be visiting again.

If you want to be in the Sutton area this condo is perfect. So clean and large enough for a family of 5. You have everything you need and right on the main street with your own parking spot. How can you go wrong. And owner is so nice.
