My family and I had a great time at this condo. It was a great space for us. The view was beautiful. It was an easy walk to the ocean and we also enjoyed the pool on the property. The owner was easily accessible and friendly.

We chose a view over a more centralized location and the Condo was perfect for that. The 45 steps to the Condo are no joke though so pay attention to that if you have any mobility issues. The decor of the condo is spot on for a beach vacation. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses and cups but is in need of larger bowls with lids for storing things. Overall though we were very happy with choosing the Condo for our vacation. Thank you, David.

Waterfront property. What’s not to like? The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean and well maintained. 47 steps to the third floor unit …good workout! We enjoyed the sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. The area was not crowded which was a plus if you want quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our stay. The owner was very communicative before we arrived, providing us lots of information about the condo as well as the area. Check in was super easy. Everything in the condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to Tybee!

Great communication from the owner. Easy access through the security gate and front door keypads. Great covered parking next to steps. Clean comfortable condo with absolutely amazing views. We were blown away at the site of first container ship that sailed by a few hundred yards off the coast. The view was nothing but sand dunes and the beach with no other buildings in the main view - just as advertised. The lanai was wide and roomy and a perfect spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. King bed was memory foam and comfortable. Shower was newly tiled with modern fixtures and water pressure was great. LVT flooring throughout was a real plus. W/D in kitchen were very handy features. Unit includes ROKU TVs which are so easy to use and enjoy. We walked to Tybee Oaks for breakfast and to North Beach Bar for evening shrimp and cocktails. Great vacation. Highly recommend and we hope to be back. SB & AB - Urbana,IL

Very nice location, walking to beach , finding shells, watching boats.

Comfortable accomodation with careful thought about home comforts for the traveller. So special to be right on the beach. Enjoyed the different bird species and the tennis courts. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the island on the one hand and the ease of getting to Savannah and its sights. and buzz. Could have happily stayed for longer and would readily return.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Gorgeous weather for walking the beach and watching the container ships coming and going. Description was spot on and beautifully decorated. Only thing missing was kleenex in the unit. Can't wait to return!

Perfect location on the huge beach. Calm area where we enjoyed watching cargo ships, dolphins, birds, and some sea life. The condo is clean and has all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable beds. Great host who gave suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Our November visit was very quiet and the island had very few tourists. Definitely would come back. I have already shared this listing with family and friends.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was as described, clean and the view was better than we expected. The beds were comfortable, the steps were doable but the VIEW was perfect!! We will be back.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this condo. It’s great. Very cute and comfortable. Great view and short walk to the beach. Close to everything Tybee has to offer and walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. (Shorter walk along the beach to North Beach Grille, longer walk along back streets to Huc-a-Poos.) AJ’s on the back river is excellent. Even for burgers. Short drive to Ft. Pulaski is worth it. And of course Savannah is close if you’ve never been. But I also like just sitting on the balcony or beach and watching the ships go in and out of the river. You can Google them online and find out where they are going to and from. It’s fascinating. David is a great owner and very communicative if you have questions or need anything. I hope to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

Great location on the North side with easy access to the beach, and several restaurants, and bars on that side. It was very peaceful. It is only a short drive to South end of the island when you and crew are ready for some busy time, either by golf cart, local Taxi and Uber. Tybee does a great job providing clear instruction on how to access majority of the island legally and safely by golf cart. We enjoyed the slow ride back and forth. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We even left a souvenir behind that was very quickly brought to our attention by cleaning staff and graciously offers to send back to us. This really would be amazing location for any small group or family getaway. Do pay attention to the notes about the stairs and tight squeeze for under condo parking because host is very transparent about it! I have a Tahoe and made it work (carefully) and a golf cart too. We will be back!!! Thanks David for being a great host.

Well cared for 2 bedroom condo, there were a lot of steps getting into the condo but other than that it was very nice, clea and comfortable with a great view
