The customer service an massages were amazing.

The villa was nice looking but the stay was uncomfortable. The lock on gate an doors didn't feel secure, we ordered floating breakfast which came cold an tastless. The bath tub is so very high we almost slipped just to get out. Location is far from touristy an markets. Due to locals restruant an band right across the road it gets loud at night but we didn't mind that. I don't think this villa is worth the money we paid for. We were very disappointed as we came from a cheap hotel in kuta that had way more to offer.

The staff, facilities and location were perfect. Everything was amazing, the private pool was clean, the bed was big and confortable, was A/C and hot water in the shower.

Could not order coffee to the Villa, had to go to reception. Shower is less than ideal, makes alot of mess and the shower head angle is straight at the wall. Pool filter does not work very well, dirt & stuff stick to you when swimming. Keys were 30mins late for check in.

The location is very convenient and the staff are amazing. Had the best 9 nights in Bali with my wife. Arrived on my 30th birthday and in my villa was a really lovely letter wishing me a happy birthday, then to find a couple of cold bintangs in the fridge with a cake they had prepared.. honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay

The wifi was a bit poor on my phone but maybe it was just my phone?.

The property was in walking distance to cafes and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant and the food were beautiful.

On arrival my room was very dirty especially the bathroom and toilet when I pointed this out to the staff they quickly moved me to another room which was a lot cleaner.

We loved the location out normal tourist area & it was quiet. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The spa was great, had a full body massage, so relaxing & facial just what was needed

This villa is a fantastic place to stay. They are clean, freezing AC and the best thing about the Sakaye is the Staff. Led by the fantastic man and Manager Egi he leads his team with great enthusiasm and gusto. He is man who can solve any issues you have and is more then happy to help out his customers/Friends. I will absolutely 💯 % stay here again. Thanks team for another fantastic stay. ❤❤❤

Hotel location is great, in the middle of everything. You can find food/shops all around. Our private pool is clean. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Hotel is a little run down. Kitchen cabinet was falling apart. The place is clean but older from our expectation. You can see brown marking along corners/grout in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking and water pressure was horrible. Please needs a little upgrade/maintenance work.

The beautiful staff were a highlight of our trip - they truly ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need in your villa.

Most days the breakfast delivered came cold/room temperature and a few times our order was wrong. Despite this, it was the only thing wrong and everything else was perfect.

Internet was not good, bathroom door is see-through, no chairs at pool. The music from the hotel restaurant outside of our villa was so loud that we had to move villas the first night. It was shaking our walls. We then decided to check-out early due to the second villa still having no quiet because there was live music playing. Had there been no blaring music, we would have happily stayed.

Bath tub was high and no shower curtain. No clothes line to hang wet clothes. No hairdryer.

the online photos look edited , very old unmaintained properties , paint peeling on outer walls , mould in bathrooms , very poor standards , there’s no walk in shower in any of there rooms , just high bathtub with ants crawling in and out of gaps , the decking is very old and wobbly I tripped three times due to nails and timber not in place correctly, my villa door wouldn’t lock had to fiddle with it a few times to get it to lock

The food were good

There was no towels, toothbrush and hairdryer in the room. The wifi also didn’t work in the room. When we asked the staff about the towels, they just gave us the towels without saying anything.
