Had an excellent stay . Very convenient to niagara falls and grocery stores and very quite neighborhood. Will recommend for stay.

The most important thing, the house is very clean and in a safe area. The host has made sure you have some snacks and drinks when you arrive, very nice gesture. It was my parents 55 wedding anniversary during our stay and the host decorated the house and brought us a cake and a bottle of wine. It just shows that the host really cares about the guests. We didn’t do any walking from the house to the falls bc of my elderly parents but if you’re healthy and love to walk, it still looks like a pretty long hike! Also there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms so we lived out of our suitcases.

This property was perfect for our larger family, 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 tweens. It was spacious enough, a short walk to Niagara Falls, and the right price. Jas was quick to respond to any messages, and there were several treats left in the house to snack or satisfy our thirst.

When you walk into a house and say "Oooo, it's smells so clean" you know that's a great sign. While small in outside appearance the space inside fit my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children - 13/9/5) without issue. Jas is a very attentive owner. He had water bottles and a selection of teas available for our us which was a happy surprise. Also, there was ample supply of paper towels and toilet paper. My kids loved the selection of games available as well. I messaged him for more towels and he arrived within the hour and then brought more the next day. The walk to the falls is about 30 minutes which was on the long side but we broke it up with a run to Starbucks at the midway point. :) At the end of the day my 5 year old was a bit tired to walk back so if you have smaller children/seniors/etc. you may want to consider the 5-8 min drive and parking (cost ranged from $15-35 depending on day/time/location). We walked to the falls in the day and drove/parked for the evening. One thing to note - the upstairs did get warm as the air conditioning wasn't as efficient upstairs as it was downstairs. We were fine so no need to alert Jas; however, I could see how someone who likes to sleep in colder temperatures may be unhappy sleeping upstairs. Looking forward to our next trip to the area and staying at Jas' home!

The house was super clean and well stocked with very positive vibes. Check in and check out was super simple. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay and will likely book again if we ever decide to come back to Niagara.

AMAZING. The location is great for anyone looking to walk to the falls, maybe 25 minutes. The casino is just 15 minutes away. Jas has his old "war time housing" in excelent condition and offers everything for people to be safe and comfortable.

Good location - very clean - ok place to stay

Stayed for 2 nights at this location with 4 other ladies. Spotlessly clean home with quality linens and comfortable beds. We where able to park and walk to the Falls and attractions. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the fall. Thanks to Jas the owner for the goodies she supplied upon arrival. The tea and cookies hit the spot after our marathon shopping spree.

The house is very clean. The location is good. Jas is very reasonable and nice. I enjoyed staying there. I recommend it to others.

Shower didn't work well. Tub didn't drain while trying to shower. Ran out of hot water really, really fast. No sink with half bath. Tub- shower has problems. Great location

Jas was great to work with. The house was clean and perfect for out weekend visit to the falls. House is a short drive to all the downtown attractions. I would definitely recommend to others. All the little extras were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house for a weekend trip to the falls. About a 15 minute walk to all the attractions house was clean, Jas was very nice and left goodies for the kids. 5 stars

Google maps won’t tell you this but you can walk straight east on Dixon street (can’t drive that way)and come out near the incline railway by the 4 points Sheraton - 12 min walk at the most. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a great stay.

This cozy house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the Falls. Owner was very quick to supply more blankets when we asked for them.

The house was clean and as described. Was great size for the four of us on our trip. Only about a 15 minute walk to the Niagara Falls entertainment and restaurants (or a $10 uber if you don't want to walk). Would book the house again on a return trip!

We just spend Canada day weekend at Jas’s place with some family, we really enjoyed our time and experience there. The place was clean and had everything we needed, Jas was their the greet us when we arrived that was very nice. Would definitely come back, and recommend this place only 15 minutes of walking to niagara May street or the falls. Thanks for having us..
