Friendly and very helpful .the property is by the quieter end of Varkala is very peaceful and relaxing yet close to restaurants and the beach.

Super close to the cliff, about a 2 min walk from Soul & Surf - where there’s yoga, surf and food. Comfy rooms, we had a side entrance room with AC that was cool during the heat of the day.

Нет никакого чувства гостиницы, внутри очень домашняя атмосфера, как будто приехал в семью) Очень чисто, аккуратный дворик, теплая вода, милая терраса и романтическая крыша с фонариками. До пляжа - рукой подать, рядом есть домашняя столовая и небольшие магазинчики

we loved the location close to the South Cliffs of Varkala! The host was super nice and helpful (e.g., money exchange, providing breakfast, giving hints) The room with a small balcony was clean and chill

AC is not included in the rate of every room Water supply of the shower didn’t flow properly sometimes

the property is good but owner is not good. not behaves proper way.

he’s not allowing outside food to eat inside the room itself. but he and his friends will drink the resort inside. he’s not arrange proper facilities.

Simple but clean budget option for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing time in Varkala, whilst still being close to everything. The guesthouse is in a quiet backstreet right behind „Soul & Surf“/South Cliff Taxi Stand. The beach is 5 mins away, if you want to swim, north cliff with many restaurants just north of the beach, and temple junction is also close by if youre looking for supermarkets or more authentic Indian restaurants. South Cliff beach also is less busy for anyone trying to get away from the crows more and also has its own sea-view clifftop restaurants and cafes (Sarwaa, Soul & Surf etc). There are also a handful of Yoga schools in the streets surrounding the Guesthouse. The owners are very friendly and helpful. You can do laundry & have breakfast as well (Indian or Western, both very delicious). On top of that youll be blessed with a very friendly, quiet, and peaceful dog called Tommy :) Can only recommend!

One of the three mosquito nets at the window was a bit broken, but you can just leave that window closed and if you still feel uncomfortable, use the mosquito net above the bed. I didnt have any problems with mosquitos though.
