Amazing staff incredible room clean luxurious fabulous location on site restaurant and staff were excellent

It was fabulous

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and homely. The ambience is lovely. Food is above average. Hosts are polite and respectful and always ready to help with any queries or concerns.

Nothing much really. The food service could be faster. The bathroom could be better maintained and dental essentials like brush, paste etc can be provided. Also try to make breakfast included with tariff (atleast morning coffee/tea)!

The Room itself and the Veranda were exceptionally nice. The stand exceeded my expectations especially Jibin was always most helpful and caring.

The Budget room needs additional fans and airing possibilities.

Lovely huts with view on the sea and a calm vibe compared to the more chaotic Northern cliff. Staff were so helpful and even recommended some local activities and places to eat. The restaurant also has a chilled, lounge atmosphere which makes it a great place to relax.

It's the best in Varkala! We explored other properties also but couldn't find any matching Varkala Marine Palace. Spacious rooms, wide range of food items, helpful staffing members and awesome views. Highly recommended property!!!

The room was dark, hot and uninviting. Bathroom dank and small. The room was at the back of the property devoid of any breeze so it was too hot to sit outside. It was terrible. I was shown other rooms which were just as bad in other ways. The price for these rooms is just a joke for what you are getting. I am finding the price of most hotels in Kerala highly inflated for what they offer.

We booked for one night, stayed for nine! We loved this place and were so happy with everything we ended up extending our stay. Great staff, great food, great location. Everything was perfect!

wifi wasn't so string in the room but not a major problem.

This place is perfect because it’s the only resort directly at the varkala beach. everyone else needs to climb down the cliff while you just step out onto the sand. All the other stuff you expect from a hotel are good too. I had the cheapest room and it’s perfectly fine. the Restaurant is good too and the staff super nice

Nice room, huge bed, cleaning staff terrific. close to main town, but still a bit away.

The payment process. Couldn’t use an international credit card to pay. also needed to make bank transfer to hold booking, rather than take credit card, all quite clunky.

The location can't be beat. Nice outdoor shower, great veranda, little kitchen area, nicely furnished with large bed.

Breakfast.took forever and they were out of several items on the menu. Staff could be hard to locate.
