The place and location is fantastic - beach access and close to everything you might like to visit but with enough space to enjoy some peace and rest. The staff are very kind and warm.

location on south cliff is very beautiful and walking distance to helipad/start north cliff. the south cliff has a very beautiful and clean beach. accommodation is very clean and spacious and staff is very nice and helpful

Much better place than expected. Location on the sea is amazing. It’s not located where all restaurants are. If you want to chill & swim, this is definitively the place to go. The decoration is a bit « old » bit the room was big / clean / super view on the beach. Thanks !

Spacious bright room with excellent sea view exceeded our expectations. Hotel area is very beautiful and well maintained. There is everything you need for comfortable stay. We had some issues with hot water and others, but they were immediately fixed as soon as we told about it. Strict no food policy is reasonable. You don’t want ants crawling around everywhere. Special thanks to the resort and restaurant staff, they were very helpful and polite.

Overlooks the Sea, beach is accessible. Place is peaceful except the foolish restaurant staff who keep playing loud music.

People who manage the property. It's like a gang of goons over charging for all services with fake names, like Mani is actually Shamim providing faulty two wheeler in cahoots with property guy. They overcharge. The complimentary breakfast is basically 45 minutes wait for tea and exactly two slice bread and single egg omlette. By the way this is continental according to resort. The picture shown and room booked is different. Bed is extremely narrow for a well built person. Shower gives sporadic warm water. I can go on and on. Absolutely disappointed with the otherwise good place. Management needs to be changed.

The View from resort was superb .you can enjoy the view sitting in your room if you have taken first floor.Easy and safe access to beach is the best part of staying here. staffs are very friendly. the room was very neat and clean .decent access for Wifi if you need full strength then need to sit in Balcony. Mobile network coverage is very good.

The restaurant was not worth for money. The complementary breakfast is very limited as when we went there were only 3 option Poori ,single paratha(if you order one more its chargeable )and bread omelette. The restaurant charges for water. Even the daily quota of water bottle available for room is only 2 and you will be charged for extra.

The cliff beach view is the ONLY USP of this property.

The manager/owner was very adamant about not serving food or carrying food ourselves to the foyer as we couldnt sit in the dining area as it was leaky. The boy(shine) was very sweet and enthusiastic.. Food is just okay-ish.

Staff, Location and restaurant.

Booked the double room with sea view. The property is exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Just in front of the room, there is a hammock and chairs to just sit and relax at night. The property has a private staircase to the beach area which is secluded so it's so peaceful. And a beautiful view from the restaurant so it's not just food that they serve.

The pricing I felt was a little high. Expected a bigger room for that price range, but it wasn't the case. Same with the food which I felt was a little on the costly side. The added breakfast was disappointing.
