We were advised ahead of time by our Host that the main pool was closed for repairs. We did not know the Lounge, Restaurant and Spa were closed for renovations. Our Host did not know that either. Elevators did not work on two separate days. Good thing we were on the second floor. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was in a good location. Our Host responded quickly to any concerns that we had.

Miriam’s place is just as described and more; not only was it well-stocked and comfortable, it felt luxurious - tastefully appointed, with great views/light for the large terrace. Probably the nicest place I’ve stayed at so far! I was well-taken care of as a guest too - the staff is efficient and helpful, and Miriam was always responsive. The amenities at the Cliff itself are basically that of a luxury hotel, but the place feels more intimate and residential. The private beach is also a nice bonus, when the water is calm and the sand is not eroded, I think it’s one of the prettiest spots on the island to spend the day.

Really impressed with this property. Close enough to Simpson Bay and Grand Case that we toured around quite a bit. Miriam was very helpful with all of my questions. The beach at the Cliffs is spectacular. We will be back!

The unit was beautiful close to Mullet Bay the best beach on the Island. It was still under construction repair, but the end is very near. We. Would love to stay there again. Mariam the owner was amazing for contacting us about the progress of the unit before we arrived. Anything we needed was looked after right away

We had a lovely experience at this beautiful condo. I always keep low expectations as you never know what a place looks like in person when booking online. The condo was outstanding. It was meticulously kept and organized. There wasn't any wear and tear as I would expect on a ocean front property. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next trip to St. Maarten. Thank you for a great experience!!

We were extremely happy with this property. We are a family of 4 traveling with my Mother in law as well. It was nice that the adults had separate master suites, and the kids took the living area with the pull out couch, and Miriam had a cot brought in as well that my teenage Son slept on. Everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Several bars, and restaurants, and the casino are within walking distance. We toured the whole island, and discovered that we really did stay in the best area with everything we needed right there. This property was very quiet too! We will definitely be back.

Words can't express the feeling of walking into the building and looking straight out into the clear blue sea. Throughout my entire stay, I had the views of the sea, the wave crashing on the beach and cliff rocks; the birds chirping. Paradise! The apartment was very comfortable. Clean. The location could not have been better. I felt safe the entire time. I recommend renting a car and driving around to different beaches and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cliff in this condo, 2A. The views are incredible, the location is perfect, and the unit was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the artwork and the spacious dining areas (bar w/chairs, full dining table, and table on the covered patio). Miriam was very responses to any questions I had while booking, and the concierges in the building were as sweet as can be. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

Very spacious apartment and it was very easy to get to from the airport. This was in a great location and enjoyed our stay there. Loved watching the airplanes come in and the cruise ships head to Phillipsburg from the deck. I preferred staying on the Dutch side over the French side. Miriam was great to deal with and if you like quiet, this is the place to stay!

We have been coming to SXM for many years, but our November stays are pretty new to us. You can't go wrong here, the room was so well appointed for anything you would want, and the restaurant here is a hidden delight. The front desk, the secured parking, the views, I felt every whim was filled. So many places to go within walking distance, but if you need a car, see Leo at Sapphire resort a few doors down, he can set you up with a car for a few days. But I don't want to detract from my time I stayed at The Cliff, it wa s a great place to stay.

The Cliffs is a wonderful condo building with all the amenities you need. We had two couples and it was more than enough space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the deck has great furniture to sit out and watch the boats go by. Every day we would see the cruises such as Tango and Lambada heading out and coming back in which was very nice. The ability to use the washer dryer was a nice option as well. The rooms are stocked with plenty of towels that you can use by the pool or take to the beach. There is a grocery store right down the hill that has all the fresh food, drinks, ice, etc. that you need, and it was recommended by Orlando at the front desk who was very helpful. Great level of security in the building as your key is needed to access all areas, even the front drive. Wifi is quick and plenty of TV's if that is what you are looking for, however we enjoyed the beautiful outdoors. We will certainly stay here again for our next visit.

My husband and I along with another couple stayed in this beautiful unit for a perfect week! The unit is equipped with all the needs and comforts of home (including a well-stocked kitchen for those who like to cook) and is spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony are stunning and we enjoyed the outdoor tables/chairs and lounger for dining outdoors and relaxing with a book or just taking in the view. The building and grounds are lovely and we really enjoyed all of the amenities of the condo - both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were much enjoyed and we found even in high season to be never busy. The ever-changing beach and cliffs of Cupecoy are truly gorgeous and fun to explore but one must be a strong swimmer to fully enjoy the water - floats help! We walked to neighboring Mullet Bay for beach chair and umbrella beach service and a had a great time. The condo is within walking distance to some great restaurants and grocery stores, casinos & bars. We didn't need a car and found the front desk was helpful in helping us get cabs if we needed to get around. Also we loved the easy access to the airport - traffic on the island can get pretty bad but we had no trouble getting in and out on time. Owner was easy to work with and quick with replies. We highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting St. Martin!

We've been coming to SXM for more than 25 years and have found the perfect property at The Cliff. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Many amenities provided which far exceed expectations. My favorite spot is the large balcony where you can watch the cruise ships arrive in the morning and see the green flash at sunset. This was our fourth stay in this particular condo unit and it never disappoints.

We absolutely loved this condo. It had everything that we needed, plus. Very comfortable, clean, well appointed and the view from the terrace was amazing. For those that have never been to St Maarten, this location is ideal. It is located right on the French, Dutch border, making it easy to get to everything. It is located right across the street from the casino which also has several restaurants to choose from. We have been to St Maarten several times and when we come again we will definitely book this condo.

The Cliffs at Cupecoy is in a perfect location near restaurants, casino, and grocery store. The unit overlooks the ocean, has plenty of room, and is well stocked for cooking in as a family as we did. The property suited our needs perfectly - we sat at the outdoor pool, swam mornings in the huge 25 meter indoor pool, and snorkeled at our own beach. I'd recommend this property and this owner to anyone.

This past Spring Break, my family spent 10 days at The Cliffs at Cupecoy Beach. We were greeted by Cliff's friendly staff and escorted to a beautiful, spacious condo. We had 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full, eat in Kitchen, dining area, living room, and a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea where we enjoyed having our breakfast each day! We also had our own parking spot. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was very beneficial. The beaches at the Cliffs are breathtaking. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool that we enjoyed day and night. My kids especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. There is also a cafe by the sin the main lobby where you can enjoy delicious food and beverages. We have visited St. Maarten on 6 occasions, and the past two times at the Cliffs were by far the most memorable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at rental 997545.
