SPA massage with Stephanie, she’s amazing.

Upon our arrival, our room was located near a loud noise coming from the swimming pool area, which turned out to be the electric generator. I called the reception to request a room change, but the staff member responded rudely, saying, "What do you want me to do? Move the swimming pool?" I was shocked by the response and explained that I was five months pregnant, exhausted, and in need of rest. After calming down, he called back and informed me that someone would come to show us another room. However, when we were taken to the new room, it was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. We agreed to wait, but an hour later, we received another call saying there was no one available to clean the room (this was at 5 PM) and that they would keep us updated. After that, we heard nothing further and ended up staying in the original room.

Excellent location on the island. Room very spacious and spotless. Beautiful oceanfront views. Switched mid-stay to a beachfront room, which was awesome! Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast buffet very good. Overall, highly recommend!

Simpson Bay is a great area, and the hotel is conveniently located. The staff was super friendly and we liked spending time at the Marina pool bar with Laura.

Rooms were too noisy and damaged. Not great if you are travelling with a baby or toddler with early bedtime.

Wifi was horrible at times, for the price asked for the apartment the free wifi should be excellent. Cleaning lady just put new towels, straightened the beds and took out the carbage. No cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms or toilets.

All appliances are very new. Environment was pleasant, safe and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable

The bedroom on the main floor suite A2B had two bedroom lamps and neither worked. The toilet in A2A would not flush This to me is not acceptable.

Tour not available due to boat repairs. Shuttle to Phillipsburg should be more than one day.
