V porovnání s jinými hotely v Indii dobrá snídaně (na pokoj), transfer z letiště a zpět, celkem slušná lokalita blízko letiště.
Tak jako jinde chybějící příslušenství oproti seznamu na Booking.com (kpříprava kávy, lednice atd.).

There was nothing to like about the property except for the location
The bedsheets were stained,no warm water facility in bathrooms ….the picture shown was different from the hotel we reached.I recommend all of you to be aware.

No much. They allowed us to access the Internet to get an uber to leave. We did not stay the night.
This place is no where near the description on booking.com. How it has managed to be advertised on your website is beyond us. It is an alley off an alley and we felt very frightened being there as it was early hours of the morning after arriving late in Mumbai.
The room was decrepit with filthy bedding. Stains on the sheets and pillows. It was unclean and quiet frankly by our standards, disgusting.We did not stay. We got an uber and went to the hotel we had booked for subsequent nights and thankfully we were able to get a room there. But obviously this experience cost us considerably for what was to be a few hours sleep.
We put faith in booking.com and their standards but this has truly dented this.

Location was very clumsy.
Value for Money is ZERO.
Room was in poor shape, and the bedsheet was having pot holes not washed properly. Even the blanket was with pot holes.
No kitchen they have still they offer breakfast included in pricing. Food is called from street vendors...

Excellent location. Ecellent hospitality.Staff extremely helpful. Very courteous n going out of the way to be be helpful.As a lady felt very safe. Special mention I would like to make of Avinash who was at hand to sort out problems. Forgot my purse in the car m tealised it only when entering the airport,called Avinash n in time the driver was back with my purse . God Bless him.
The bathroom. Not neat , having a bath I would not think of though clean. Hot water did not work either.Bit for that room 301 gave me a comfortable 2 nights.

The hotel has mentioned many facilities, which were not there. No free Airport Shuttle, No buffet breakfast. 4.5 km away from Airport, Very bad location. The actual booked hotel outsourced to some other hotel.

Hotel is located just few minutes from Airport. Mr Avinash is really a helpful person. I was out of Air port at late night and he took my call even such late night. Apart from the facility, such personal help is most important during late night. Many thanks to him. Breakfast was very limited but was good.
You need to keep it mind that it is a budget hotel. So the hotel & the facilities are as per Budget hotel. The area around is also not that clean. But being near to airport is good convenience. I suspect that the cab driver had alcohol as per the smell. Need to check.

Nothing good except they gave me some fruits for the breakfast as requested.
1. Location is terrible.
2. Fan and AC were not functional.
3. There was no pressure on the bathroom fixtures.
4. The owner was fighting with intermediate agent in front of me, showed their level of professionalism.

The WiFi
All the rest. Absolutely horrible. Smelly, tiny, dirty and in the middle of nowhere. And the absolute worst: the "airport-transfer". It doesn't exist. We arrived at night and had to wait for ten minutes and then walk for another ten so the guy who picked us up could go to his cab driver friend. He wanted us to pay at first but after declining they paid for us. Don't go here!
