We had a great stay, house was walking distance to restaurants in Middletown and we biked along the beach into Newport. Comfortable stay and plenty of room for 7 adults!

8 of us stayed comfortably at this beautiful home! This was the perfect location; walking distance to a few restaurants, a quick drive into downtown Newport. It was so much fun! The house itself very clean! Would recommend.

This home was perfect for our group which included several adults, our senior Lab and our son's two mini-doxies, with 4 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location is convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The owners were great as was their response time to any question/request we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a great house! It was perfect for what we needed. We came for Newport Folk Festival and our hosts were kind enough to let us stay outside the standard Saturday-Saturday weeklong stay to accommodate that. We walked to the beach mostly everyday which was very convenient and they supplied lots of chairs, a cooler, and other beach necessities. House is well stocked with linens and and was very clean. The AC units made the house very cool and comfortable in July and it has great seating for big groups, both inside and out! We had one small issue and the hosts were very responsive and helpful - and when they needed to drop by to help us they were respectful of us - scheduled a time to come by and waited until we opened the door to enter which I very much appreciated.
All around great stay and I will rebook if we are in Newport again!

Great place to stay for walking to beaches, great restaurants, playgrounds and short drive to Newport! The house is well equipped for rainy days too with fun games, pool/ping pong table! Our whole family from ages 2 - 65 enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities that they provided!

My friends and I thought this house was perfect. You are close to all the best restaurants/bars in the area and not to far from the ferry to block island. There was more then enough linens, towels, supply for your stay. Overall a great experience. Would recommend this house to anyone.

I want to say we had a wonderful time in this home and enjoyed Newport RI. I did contact the owner when we first got there due to a lot off laundry in both washer and dryer. It was stuff so full that the dryer twisted everything up. I would of like to of known that the only way to get to the upstairs bathroom is through the master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms and a game room / sleeping chairs. Everyone had to go through our room at night .
With that said Jackie was very nice and offered to refund us if we wanted to leave. Her husband was also very nice and dropped off a oversized umbrella for the patio. We all had beautiful nights at the fire pit . The house had everything you would need in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal.

Owner was responsive, house was very attainable to all activities in area. House is VERY WELL stocked & comfortable. Plenty of supplies if anything was not brought that might be needed in a pinch. Games, kitchen supplies, extra bedding, BBQ, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, great backyard space w/patio. Plenty of room.

I wouldn’t recommend this property unless it was cleaned and updated. There were stains on furniture and rug, a portable AC unit that broke while we were there (Not central air), and unusable or locked closets with stuff crammed into it. I felt like the owners literally left in a hurry for the day. We even had a roach crawl out of one of the closets. The positives are the responsiveness of the owner and the location. For what we paid, I was expecting a lot better.

House was as described, clean and lots of room for 8 of us, had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to a couple of small situations we needed help with. The back yard is awesome with a nice deck and fire pit and room for yard games. We ate dinner outside most nights. The area is awesome- took morning walks to 1st Beach and the Cliff Walk but preferred day trips to 2nd beach which was better for swimming/ surfing/ great waves. It’s a short walk to some good restaurants and bars. Newport is a super easy drive. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Comfy House
The house was wonderful, very comfy beds for all of us and a beautiful backyard! The only negative was that the beach was a bit of a tricky walk down a busy road, not as easy to get to as was advertised. We mostly just drove to Second Beach and paid for parking as it was easier and the water was much cleaner at that beach. Lots of red tide at Easton Beach.

Wonderful property...close to Newport and the beach. It was a perfect size for 12 and a family gathering before the wedding. We hope to stay again.

Loved 72 Seascape!
Our group absolutely loved this home! The location was perfect, it was so spacious and beautiful! It fit all 10 of us comfortably. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures!

Very Welcoming
The house was impeccably clean, and decorated with gorgeous flowers. The owners really thought of everything. The information book was awesome! We used it to decide where to eat and make reservations. I will definitely rent from them again!

Great time. Maybe I missed something. Finding the air mattresses was not obvious. But they were perfect. Maybe a couple bikes for those who fly in.

Had a great vacation at this rental. Owners very accommodating. Location close to beaches mansions, downtown Newport. Lots to do ! Was nice to relax on backyard deck after busy day. Highly recommend this rental .

Great spot for a beach vacation!
Stayed here with my family (including my parents, sisters, and three kids) and had a fabulous experience! Jacki was SO easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating! Having access to her gym was definitely a great bonus. House has everything you need and is close to beaches, downtown, etc. Definitely recommend this spot!

Fun place near the beaches
We had a great time here walking to beaches, into Newport for shopping and enjoying local places for carry out food. The house was comfortable and so convenient! The owners were very quick to respond to questions we had also.

Family Vacation
Vacay stay was wonderful! Great house with absolutely everything you would ever need or want. More than enough room for the 8 of us (one night 10)! Kids will be thrilled with the yard and parents will love watching them play. Jacki was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions pre check in promptly.

House and yard were much bigger than expected! Plenty of room for all, super comfy beds and terrific location.
House was clean and Jacki and Chris were responsive and helpful.

Awesome house close to everything!!
My family and I stayed for a week in late June at this wonderful house in Middletown. The house was very cozy - there were eleven of us and all of us were very comfortable during our stay. The pictures of the backyard definitely did not do it justice...it’s way bigger in person. The kids has a blast on the trampoline while the parents relaxed inside. And the fire pit was perfect for s’mores. We had some hot days and nights but there were plenty of air conditioners to keep the house cool.
I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! My family and I had a blast!!!

Superb overall, wonderful location, great for family vacation
After staying here for 8 nights in July 2018 I can't be more positive about the experience. My family was staying here for a vacation that included a wedding at nearby venue at the end of the week. We had three small children (two young kids and an infant) and it was perfect. There is enough space in the house and outside to keep the little ones entertained. It's close to all the beaches and downtown Newport.
Jacki and Chris were fantastic to work with--both are responsive, courteous and accommodating in a stress-free way. Thank you to both of them for an unforgettable week!

Perfect beach getaway
We loved our Middletown stay at this welcoming home. It was very comfortable, clean, well stocked with anything you may need over a week vacation. Perfect size for 6 adults and 3 kids or 8 adults. Bonus features include outdoor shower, trampoline (my nieces loved!), movie room furnished with love sacs, walking distance to 1st beach/several restaurants, well maintained backyard, and hot tub (although we never ended up using it, it was a nice option). Beautiful second beach and Newport shops just a short drive away. Owners were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. They are local and and may stop by while you are there. We would love to rent this place again!
