We had a recent holiday for 14 people to this villa and it was the second time we visited. The villa is great and has everything you need for a large group. They had made some improvements since our last visit which were much appreciated, such as a fridge in the lower ground area so you can store drinks for by the pool as well as enough sun beds for the whole group. The location of this villa is amazing as you are right on the seafront and beach, as well as being within close walking distance of the local supermarket and strip with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Rarely enjoyed a holiday so much and largely due to this wonderful villa - a word to the wise, this is one of those very few times when the brochure/online coverage falls short of the reality! Absolutely superb throughout - miss it at your peril. Will definitely be returning for another slice of Katina heaven.

The villa is in a great location with access to the beach. The villa is well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, crockery etc. Lovely swimming pool and games room. Had a slight issue with the plumbing in one of the en suites but was dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend.

The villa is well proportioned with something to do for all ages to keep them occupied during their stay. The villa is well equipped for eating in with a good kitchen and the ability to cook outdoors should you choose. Local amenities within easy walking distance and free a delivery service when you need to complete a large shop at the local supermarket. Regular bus service a 2-3 minute walk away should you wish to venture further afield. It doesn’t get much better than this. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Villa Katina with my family. 12 in total with ages ranging from 5 to 85. Everyone loved the villa and the location. We had an issue with the plumbing at the start but this was dealt with promptly. The facilities at the villa are excellent as are the bedrooms and living accommodation. There is a good bus service into Paphos and 2 good supermarkets within walking distance. My wife joined the nearby hotel health club which gave her access to the gym, pool and tennis courts at a very reasonable cost. Lots of good restaurants nearby in Coral Bay. Good basic UK cafe-style food at The Frog and Toad. All in all, we had a great stay at an excellent villa.

we stayed here august 2017 there were 10 of us we took our family with us for our 40th wedding anniversary the villa the location the view is all amazing the only down side is the air con is on a 2hour timer and when staying in august when the weather is so hot this is not good at night none of us slept all night because of having to switch it back on but would stay here again but not in the summer its an amazing place and we all had a great time

Family holiday booked on this site. Good communication from Chris, welcome basket of fruit and bottle of wine when we arrived. Pool is lovely and to sit on the poolside and look out onto the best resourced public beach is great. Private steps down to the beach, so always have your privacy. Games, cards, insect repellent all provided. Cannot recommend more highly.

This a beautiful villa located on a quiet side road overlooking the sea. The beach and sea are perfect for families with It being shallow a long way out and very clean. Coral Bay with its restaurant's and shops is within walking distance but there is a bus stop within approx. 200m with regular buses. The villa itself is very clean and well equipped with good aircon in all the rooms. The bedrooms are not all on suite, two share a bathroom, but we personally didn't find this an problem. The only issue we found was the water tank was located above the bedrooms and it did make a horrible in the night when taps or toilets were used. We soon got used to this and it certainly wouldn't put us coming back to this superb villa.

Villa surpassed expectations. First class location for all amenities. Warm welcome on our arrival at a late hour. Excellent customer service before,during,and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa. 10 of us had a joyous time and all seasoned travellers. Chris and Liea made me feel confident that I could call on them personally for any help needed during our holiday. The villa itself was fabulous with us all enjoying full use of all it had to offer. Would love to return here.

Stunning villa, exactly as described and shown in photographs. Fantastic location: stunning views, access to beach, walking distance to coral bay shops and restaurants and close to bus stop (with v regular service). Host was a great help before our stay - organising taxi transfers and answering any questions - and villa housekeeper was very helpful during our stay. Very clean, spacious and luxurious accommodation. Can't recommend highly enough!

Would not say it was 'modern luxury' the location is fantastic, but areas in the Villa need work, such as the sewage smell and damp musky smell in the downstairs bedroom by the pool area, which smelt so bad we could not use it. The general cleanliness and maintenance was not good, we had to clean some doors in bedrooms and kitchen cabinets, the decor needs updating. We did not see the pool cleaner all week and had to ask the housekeeper how to stop the pool overflowing. Also seeing 3 cockroaches in the villa did not help! Sorry to be so negative as we did have a nice time, but feel some work needs to be done to turn it into a luxury modern villa.

The view from the villa is stunning, access to the beach is good, the walk to the restaurants is about 20 minutes, good restaurants and bars and Philoppos supermarket is good and if you ask they drive you and your shopping home no charge, the villa was nice but as you pay a lot of money to stay it would be better if everything worked as dvd player did not work while we were there also one of the water coolers was broken and not fixed during our stay , the pool table was ripped and the cues had no tops on, one of the showers sprayed all over the floor as the door didn't fit and the villa could do with instructions on how to use the washing machine etc and would be nice to have a booklet of where to go and good places to eat etc. other than that we had a nice stay.

Villa Katina was amazing, worth every penny and more. The villa itself was clean, well equipped, really spacious, and the location couldn't have been better. Right on top of the beach with access to it in less than 30 seconds. Our entire party all agreed we would happily go again.

Perfectly located private villa with stunning sea views, access to sandy beach and short walk to main strip (right out of villa) with tavernas, bars and shops. Supermarket, Irish pub (left out of villa)and medical centre even closer. The photos do not do this villa justice. We had a fantastic large family holiday for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. We all loved the pool and beach and all felt we each had the best bedroom in the villa as they all had excellent sea views and balconies. Plenty of outside sunny and shaded areas. Well maintained and clean villa and at our request the Housekeeper also arranged for a chef to come in and cook us a typically Cypriot BBQ which was excellent value for money. We went left out of the villa for the short walk to the harbour where we booked a private boat trip for three hours all around the bay and to a blue lagoon, where we went snorkelling and also went to the caves and shipwreck. If you have a group of you it actually works out cheaper and easier than the boat trips out of Paphos. The harbour also has a couple of tavernas and a place to book PADI licence. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to a family or group and hope that we will have the opportunity to visit again in the near future. The administration of booking and transfers etc cannot be faulted.

Children loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Just a short walk to the pedalos, inflatable rides and para gliding all great fun. Easy walk to supermarket and nice restaurants. Villa well appointed and clean all in all a great place for a large family holiday. A glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the sea and watching the grandchildren in the pool what could be nicer.

My husband and I and our two sons with their children, totaling 11 people in total, holiday every year together and this year we chose to stay in Coral Bay. What a villa! The location was perfect, being just above the sandy beach of Coral Bay enabled us to sit on the balcony and view the grandchildren playing on the beach. Car is not required for this villa as the main Coral Bay strip with a wide variety of restaurants is just a short walk away. The villa was just beautiful and certainly ranks among one of the best we have stayed at. I really can't fault this holiday. Also your service was great, from email correspondence to booking the taxis for us. Thank you so much, we have left Cyprus with great memories.
