Loved this property! The location was fantastic with the pier, restaurants and beach within easy walking distance. The deck on the front was spacious yet offered a lot of privacy. The layout of the house made it easy to accommodate 4 couples and worked well for our friend in a motorized wheelchair with the elevator, accessibility to the outside deck, doorways and wheel-in shower. Everything was in order and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Will stay here again!

This property was the perfect place for our family. We were in town visiting friends and 6 adults stayed in the home. It could easily accommodate much more. It was clean and had just about everything we would need. The elevator was very convenient. We originally booked this home since it is handicap friendly for my grandmother, but she did not end up coming on the trip. It would have been perfect for her though! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house for a stay with family from multiple generations. We had two who have difficulty with stairs, and the elevator was just fabulous. For the able-bodied, it’s a pleasant walk to the Lost Dog Cafe and Center The house was clean, well-equipped and cheery. Would definitely stay again.

Unusually frigid temperatures during our stay. But the home is so cozy, that we enjoyed playing games & spending quality time together. My child has a wheelchair and the elevator was perfect. Great layout of home. Very comfy beds and pillows. Communication with the wonderful owners was easy and simple. Great location. Very walkable to the action on Center St. House sits across a beach access that is accessible. I was impressed how wheelchair friendly much of Folly is. Definitely will be back again asap!

This was a wonderful stay! We enjoyed walking to the coffee shop every morning and of course being able to be on the beach for sunrise since the beach access was right across the road. The family and I were really impressed with the space, everyone got their own bed & bathroom/toilet. The only thing that was shared was the shower/tubs (there was one walk-in shower & one shower/tub combo) The highchair was great and came in handy, the family and I also appreciated all the books, games, and the booklet with all the local menus and recommendations. The outdoor shower area is HUGE, although we didn’t utilize it due to the cold weather but still during summer that would be so handy! The dogs absolutely loved the big fenced in yard, it was a bit muddy and has a lot of dirt - but it was no issue wiping the dogs off once finished. The hammock & porch were awesome! Everything was within walking distance, which was super nice! The only thing I’ll add is that the check out process was a little different, meaning we had to start one load of sheets. This was just new to me as I’ve never had to do that before, on top of doing the dishes and taking all the trash out. I understand though that it’s a lot of linens and it is probably helpful to have the checkout guests start a load so it gives time for the cleaning crew to wash all the other sheets before the next check in guest. But overall it was awesome and if we come back to folly we will definitely try to stay here again!

Great little house. Enjoyed the fenced in backyard for the pups and Grandad was appreciative that there’s an elevator. Could have been a bit more cleaner. I had to wash all the dishes that I pulled out of the cabinet because they were pretty dirty.

The house is exactly as described and pictured- a super nice layout, very clean and well appointed. Wicked close to the beach and to downtown Folly. Our favorite feature was the front porch/ deck among the trees! Another highlight- Destiny from Serenity Tree Yoga came to the house and taught a private group yoga class in the backyard. Highly recommended!

This house had everything we needed; plenty of beds and bathrooms, lots of parking, a very well stocked kitchen, and a lovely porch with lots of seating. It was within easy walking distance of Center Street. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or spread out. The elevator was super handy for luggage and groceries. The shaded front yard was beautiful; but some of the lower tree limbs did obscure what would be a really nice ocean view from across the street. I wish there would have been at least one king bed, but not sure any of the bedrooms would accommodate one. These were very minor inconveniences though; this house was overall fantastic!

We had an amazing time and found the house to be absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved the layout and the yard for the dogs. Everyone enjoyed the deck, including the dogs. Close to the beach and very quiet. The elevator came in very handy for unloading and for bringing dogs down for their walks on the beach. All of us were sad to leave, but definitely plan to return again next year. We wanted a low key relaxing time and this totally fit the bill.

We had a great time in Folly Beach! The house was beautiful and very clean. The elevator worked great for my Aunt. The location was great so close to the beach.

This home was perfect for a long weekend at Folly. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very well-equipped, and the beach was only steps away. We had a wonderful time!

Clean, secure and well-maintained property. The request for early check-in was fumbled slightly and caused some anxiety ---my daughter was feeling heat stress and needed a cool place to lie down for a bit for the couple hours before check-in. The manager gave us only a 15 minute window for a door lock code password expiration. We were 20 minutes from the front door at the time and I didn't see the text the manager sent until one hour later. Other than that the access worked fine and the house provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Thanks for providing such a beautiful home.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had some issues pop up (entirely out of the owners’ control), and they addressed them promptly and with kindness and consideration. Our only negative was that there’s no view of the ocean from the house now that the trees have grown so much. We missed that while enjoying the deck, but the deck is still a lovely shaded spot. We had a great week! The house was perfectly outfitted for our needs. Our great dane loved the fenced yard. The 2 driveways made parking a breeze for visitors. Would definitely rent again!

This was a great property and we felt truly a value find. The location was fantastic a quick walk across the street to a great spot on the beach and also walking distance (3 blocks/5 min) to "downtown" Folly restaurant and shops. The covered porch was shaded and really added to the living space and this area has been updated recently. We spent a lot of time here. The trees have grown in so no view of the ocean, but you could hear the waves crashing from the porch. We had plenty of room for 3 families - 6 adults and 5 children including the loft. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. The elevator was fantastic for getting groceries and luggage and our dally cooler up and down. Everything was clean when we arrived. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs. The owner messaged us when we arrived and was responsive to questions as well. It was overall a seamless stay and we would choose this property again!

We had a great beach week with extended family. The elevator worked great and was needed by our family member in a wheel chair. The bedrooms were small but adequate with comfortable beds. Our younger family members were comfortable in the loft. We were thankful for the 4 half baths but wish there was one more shower. (Maybe the outdoor shower could be cleaned up and upgraded to make it more desirable to use.) The table is not big enough for the whole family but there is such a great deck to sit on, it worked out fine. Not only are there 2 tables and comfortable chairs on the deck but a very comfortable hammock that was a family favorite. Lots of parking which came in handy. The beach access was great. We were right in between the one with the ramp and then a regular public access so we had easy access. We loved it and would love to return!

We tried reaching out to the owners about the elevator (main reason why we stayed, for my 75 yr old mother) since there were no directions and never heard back. We did finally figure it out but that could have ruined the weeks stay if we couldn't use it. Not a deal breaker, would definitely stay again

Loved the house. My mother enjoyed the elevator. The older dog loved the small fenced in backyard. (The younger dog had never been to the beach and hated sand.) The kids (young adults) loved the closeness to the beach and access to the shops that were within walking distance. There's two queen bedrooms on the left that each have their own half bathroom and then share tub/shower combo. The two queen bedrooms on the right each have their own half bathroom and then share a shower. There's two bunk beds up in the loft. The property manager was responsive on questions. We'd definitely stay here again if back in the Charleston area.

We had a wonderful trip. Just a few things I wanted to mention were there was not cleaning supplies for toilets and sinks to use. I wish I would have had some things to clean with during the week also limited amount of toilet paper and paper towels. The house was wonderful but the furniture was outdated with chipping/ excessive wear and tear and the drawer in the back guest dresser was broken. Most of my family complained that the beds were hard but the front master was comfortable. There was limited towels for the listed amount of occupants. These are just A few little things that I thought I would mention. Overall we had a great week in your home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent for the beach and the house was perfect for our needs. They seemed to have all of the appliances that we needed and the setup was very nice with the elevator to help with bringing stuff up and down. The front porch was great and overall the house was everything I could have hoped for our group!

At first glance, this is a great property - well-appointed kitchen, clean and convenient location. However, we had a front door that didn't lock from the inside or outside. 4 women stayed in a home for 3 nights and 3 days with a wide open front door - we jammed a chair under it each night and left it open to the world when we left during the day. I communicated with the property manager numerous times and nothing was ever resolved. They attempted to help over the phone/text but none of the solutions worked and when I let them know that -there were hours/day before their next bit of input. And, we left on the final day with a door that was still not-working. A few days after our trip, I followed up to see if there was some resolution and he told me the lock was completely broken and he had to replace it and thus, the issue was resolved. He said that my calls had gone to "unknown caller" - as a property manager, it seems this should be a place you are paying attention to... This resolution was great for the next renter - but did nothing for our situation. I followed up indicating this and have never heard another word. Again, I communicated each day via phone and text trying to clear up the situation and each night we went to bed with a wide open door. We wanted to love this place - but, the lack of follow through that leaves 4 women and all their things in an unlocked home for 3 nights is pretty irresponsible for a property manager.

We were in town for an event and this house was the perfect home base! It had everything you needed! I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked and I liked that if we wanted to leave unused/unopened items for the next occupants to use we could! We left bottles of water that we use. Most places would have thrown them away. The location is just a few blocks from the downtown of Folly beach so it was a nice walk to dinner. Would stay here again!

House is beautiful! Everything you need is there. Elevator was a big help with bags and groceries. Amenities are top notch. Beds very comfortable. Hope to rent again.

We had a great weekend with the family. Great place for young ones to run around and so close to all the shops/restaurants and the beach. The two driveways were helpful too. The full size beds are a little tight for 2 people sleeping in them, but fine for 1. I don’t recommend the loft/bunks for adults, my poor brother didn’t get much sleep since he could hear the baby down stairs but overall a great trip!

This was an annual trip for us. We are retired USAF flight nurses. We called this our Desert Storm reunion as we all served the. We look forward to just relaxing and look forward to “pajama” day. First day electricity was on and off. No fun. Second day repair man was at the house for 1/2 of the day. All ok on the 3rd day.

We usually take our family for a little getaway after the holidays and we like the beach in the winter because it’s not as crowded. This place perfectly accommodated all of us in comfort. We loved that it was no problem to bring our dogs. The kitchen was adequate for some light cooking , the living room worked well for a couple movie nights and the front porch was really sweet for morning coffee and evenings as the sun went down.
