Great location to bring in the New Year with friends, would absolutely stay again!

The location and layout worked well. U nfortunately a power outage before check in likely impacted cleaning. Home is showing wear borh inside and out. Owner starting renovation outside rear in Jan '23. Upstairs bedrooms and bath weren't cleaned well. Found glass shards in carpet in theater room. The theater room was greatly enjoyed by all. Had issue with one downstairs toilet and one daughter reported upstairs tub/shower drained poorly....she said she found hair in it and on sink. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on it. several stains in carpet and needed to restretched. The owner was plesant and volunteered to some check out toilet but we said we'd make due and could adress after we left. A good detailed cleaning including professional carpet cleaning would remedy a number of the issues. I also recommend new bed pillows.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt.

Perfect house for a reunion of good friends. Easy access to the Biltmore and Omni Grove Park Inn. We enjoyed holiday festivities at both of those venues during the day and would return to the house in the evening to enjoy dinner together.

Kitchen and main floor are all in good shape. All of the bedrooms, including mattresses, and bathrooms need updating and the decks are in bad shape. Need replacing. Hot tub was great. Fun stay!

Great house, great views, great owner! This was a perfect house for our family of 13. All ages enjoyed the amenities and there were lots of places for us to watch TV, play games, or just hang out.

Great house for a wedding weekend in Asheville. Loads of indoor and outdoor spaces, beautiful bedrooms, gorgeous location! Host was incredibly responsive and helpful, came by to help us donate leftover food from a family gathering. Excellent theater room, able to stream a family video and watch multiple sporting events! Highly recommend this property and hope to go back again!!

This home was the perfect place to stay with 15 women on a trip to Asheville! It was centrally located and great for a big group.

We had an awesome experience staying at this property. The house was incredible- it was clean, spacious and so well setup. The location too was perfect/exactly what we were looking for with a quick 10 minute trip into the downtown but still in the woods with nice views. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful time staying in Kerri’s beautiful home. We have family reunions with our daughters and their families and feel this home is the most beautiful we have ever stayed at. The owners had plenty of toys, books, and items for the children. The views are tremendous and the hot tub and movie theater added to our time together. We hope to return again !

Excellent location and accommodations for 3 generations of family. Convenient to town and activities. The owner was always accessible and responsive. Good value for the money - the 5 star ratings for the property were accurate and well deserved. We would return.

The house afforded us the space we needed and convenient location. The theater and pool room were great entertainment and we had so much fun hanging out. Great house, perfect for us! Comfortable and clean too!

My family loved the house- it is beautifully decorated and equipped with almost anything we needed. Our hostess quickly responded to any and all of our questions and concerns. The large and beautiful kitchen was excellent for the crowds we had during the day. This house made our family reunion wonderful!

We had a great time. This place has everything you need for a large gathering. Pool table, theater room, hot tub, large kitchen with lots of seating, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, tons of sleeping and best of all 10-15 minutes from downtown, Biltmore, Zen tubing, restaurants, bars… Now, some other things to know from a very OCD person. The pictures of the house make it look like it is brand new, it is not. No screened in porch for night time relaxing, it has been added on to and divided up to make it a VRBO, squeaky floors, carpet that needs cleaned, painted in and out, door handles with weird locks, steep driveway, septic system, low water pressure and un-even airflow to rooms - some freezing some not so cold. Please don’t get this review wrong, this is a great place with all you need and in a great location. The owners were very communicative and emailed back very quickly. If we were to vacation back to this area we would certainly consider this place first. I just think you should know the good and not so good things

We were visiting Asheville for a family wedding. We had 10 people stay in the house and it was wonderful! We all had plenty of space to ourselves and enjoyed the huge kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. Additional fun interests - we saw 2 bears coming down the driveway, at separate times!

I stayed at this property with 6 friends for a girls weekend. The house was extremely spacious, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. 20 mins or less drive to some amazing hikes and 5 mins to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend this property!

Kerri was very helpful. We had 4 generations staying in the house for a small family wedding. The house is large and allowed people to spread out. There were toys, games, pool table, etc for the kids. They loved the theater room. The kitchen was spacious and worked well, even for a catering staff.

The property was absolutely amazing and we could not have been happier with our stay. The kitchen was absolutely stunning and fully equipped for cooking all weekend. The theater room could not have worked better for me and my friends to watch all the basketball during March madness. Absolutely recommend this to anybody looking to stay in Asheville with a large group.

Hot tub and movie room was a favorite. House well laid out for quiet sleeping options. Close to the Biltmore and everything in Asheville.

Nothing but great things to say about this property! For a group of 14, we had enough beds and space for everyone to sleep comfortably, a big enough table for all of us to eat together, and a gorgeous view to enjoy throughout. Another absolute plus - it's so close to everything downtown! Thanks for a great stay -- hope I can come back again in the future!!

Our group of woman travel to different cities to explore the areas, run a race and have a good time. The house accommodated our group of 11 easily and comfortably. We had a nice welcome gift when we arrived. The kitchen has everything one would need were one wanting to cook. Lots of decks to hang out on. We went in Jan and took advantage of the lovely hot tub. The house is literally min from downtown but high enough to have nice views from the windows and deck. We had a great time at the house and in the Asheville area in general.

This is a great house and location for any large group that wants scenery but also like to be close to town. The home was as exactly as described and depicted. The host responded quickly when contacted. The driveway takes a little getting used to for those of us from Florida. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We just had the most amazing girls weekend here for my sister’s Bachelorette party. We couldn’t believe we found such an incredible home just 5 minutes from downtown yet in the mountains with beautiful views. The house was the perfect size for 10 girls. Everything was extremely clean and we loved the large kitchen and dining area (highly recommend a private chef - we used Crackerjack Chef and Chef Michelle was fantastic!). Kerri was so easy to work with and answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend the house for a getaway with friends, couples or families.

We loved the house. We enjoyed the theater, hot tub, and billiard table. I really enjoyed the views and close proximity to downtown. We eventually figured out how to use the ovens. We had some issues with it heating up at first, but then it worked. This house has a lot of stairs that may be harder for older people to handle. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap. When we changed our reservation by staying one less day VRBO's system did not calculate the amount correctly, but the owner was nice enough to get it all figured out for us. I highly recommend this house.

The owner Kerri was fantastic! So responsive to my emails and, you can tell, she is an incredibly nice person. We absolutely loved the house - the kitchen allowed us to cook every meal and the large table accommodated our large family and friends. The deck gave us incredible views and the hot tub was a nice treat for the adults. The kids LOVED the media room and "new toys" to play with. The owners really thought of everything to make this home a no-brainer. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to host a group.
